October Exercise Video Challenge

    Just got done with Turbo Jam's 30 min Lower Body workout (OUCH). I would say the challenge factor may be higher than SI6 (or maybe I'm just out of shape ). That's 7/15. I'm so excited, I though 15 would be pushing it, but you people have me hyped!!!


    Have a great night all, and remember to drink the aqua, it helps with muscle repair, cause we are getting RIPPED!!!

        I'm loving it! Wheeeee! Did mine early, showed, lounged, supper, folded clothes.. i just feel so good. I have a makeup party to attend this weekend.. I"m hoping to look mighty good! It's so nice to say "what to wear?" instead of "what fits?"

                I know I'm no where near ready for SI6! However I did do my WATP Walk and Jog this morning. 30 minutes felt like no time at all! My 11 year old ds sat and watched me as he ate breakfast. He tried to put his two cents worth in a couple of times, but I told him if he didn't want to wear that bowl of cereal, he'd better keep quiet! So he got quiet.

                  Haha, I should try the bowl on the head threat with my BF. He's gotten to the point where he's memorized what the instructor says and then he repeats it right before they say it. SO ANNOYING!! But he's a good sport for the most part...

                    Good morning!


                    I am happy to report that not only did I do my exercise this morning, but since Matt (DH) had the day off I got him to workout with me! We had fun!!

                    Today: WATP Walk/Jog Interval Training, 2.5 Miles, 30 Minutes

                    Whew!
