    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

          I have just gone to the gym during my lunch break - 1 mile on the eliptical.

            Hey vmckelvie - that's a real shame! Hope problem gets better soon

            Lyssie, I am reporting only 0.5 miles today on the elliptical - I fell of the wagon badly yesterday and feeling very much worse for wear. Also I'm going away for the weekend, so can't do any triath until Monday - noooo!

              Laurenfra - uhmmm.. I'm not sure how to calculate "e" miles?? ;P

              Baarb - I'm sorry to hear that the wagon tried to run you over. At least you are back on now and moving forward. I don't understand the "only" part.. some is definitely better than none.

                I'm totally slacking!! I've had alot on this week so not managed to get to the gym to go on the cross trainer!!! hopefully I'll get there over the weekend and start my miles rolling!! lol

                      Lyssie, get on the ball chica. You have all my correct mileage done for each day, but my mileage summary is incorrect...

                      I'm just trying to be annoying...but with the 5 miles from yesterday, that puts me at 27/30 treadmill miles.

                          Hey Lyssie,

                          Due to lack of gym access I can't do my triath chunks in order! If it's ok I'm going to have to mix it up a bit over the Xmas period whilst I visit relatives miles away from my beloved gym!

                          So I'm saving the elliptical for now and switching to walking/running which I can do anywhere. So I'm reporting 5 miles (walking) for sunday and 3 miles for today (walk/running).

                          Also my signing in might be sporadic for a while, due to lack of broadband at various locations

                              Lyssie, put me down for 3 miles treadmill! And I ran 2 miles of it!

                              I'm done with the treadmill leg now...moving on!
