      Hey all. Reporting in.

      I'm a half-@sser today. Blah.

I woke up tired and stressed. I was NOT feeling BIU, so decided to compromise and do Keep It Up - which is intense as heck, but 40 minutes or so long. Well....I made 25 minutes of it before life interupted and I just threw my hands in the air and thought..."screw it". I still managed to burn 275 calories in that time and work up a nasty sweat though. With that said, I'm counting it.

      15/36 done.

I'll check in later. I'm up to my eyeballs in billing.

Soliwit--You had me laughing out loud in my office! (good thing I'm alone at the moment!) I can hear that Pixie say, "right Tracy, right Greg?" and then the HEHEHEHEHE LMAO!!!!

Brooke, better to be a half-a$$er than a no-a$$er. 275 calorie burn is still great!! I'd count it, too!

Today's pain was Mix it Up.

I have to skip today's workout. Ryan and I are on our way to the other side of Wisconsin this morning (6 1/2 hour drive one way) to go pick up his new truck. He's so excited! LOL

I'll see you all in a day or two!

FYI- I'm bringing my resistance band with me because we're likely stopping and staying somewhere on the way home.

          Have a great day!

LOL I am happy you are not in a full office, else I would have been the reason for everybody looking at you weird for the rest of the day, heheeeee, don't want that on my name *grin*

I forgot to change my siggie yesterday so I am off to do my #15 in a min and then change from 13 to 15, cooooooool, 3 more and I am halfway !!! (well ok 4 cause I haven't done today's yet)

Oh and Brook I have to agree with Biogeek, better a halfa$$er than a noa$$er, also, if we were no-a$$ers we wouldn't be here to begin with, hahahahaaaaaa.

Rest day yesterday, cause I went to a baby shower and got home reeeeally late. But today I'll either Ramp or Burn - haven't decided yet.

See you soon with an update.

Ended up resting last night as well due to intervening life stuff, but I did RIU and SIL first thing this morning.

I almost think it's good for me to have a week like this one where I miss a few workouts. I'm a very all or nothing personality, so I tend to freak out if I can't get all 6 workouts in. It's good to remember that I'm not going to gain a lot of weight or lose my endurance just because I rest a little. And then I can just pick up and keep going. It's a good lesson.

                Happy Saturday everyone.

haha, very true, Soliwit...if we were noa$$er, why would we be here? lol

Have fun on that trip, Brooke. And bringing your bands, too. That's dedication!

Anna, that is a good lesson. I'm in the all or nothin' group as well. I've been trying to mend my ways, but it's tough. I'm glad you've enjoyed your well-earned rest!

Today's pain was RIU and abs.

I woke up really early today because the bedroom was just flooded with light. We got about 4 inches of snow & it's reflecting the street lamps, etc. You need sunglasses to look outside the window.

This morning's pain was BIU and SIL. This afternoon's pain will be shoveling snow.

                    Have a great Sunday!!

That's the spirit Heidie, just don't give up on it !!

I forgot to report yesterday, so I did yesterday and today, I can add another 2 done, 17 now, one more and I made it through 3 weeks, woooh.
Since some time I do have this pain in my knee-joint though, hope it's nothing related to these workouts, could also just be the weather maybe.
Untill now my weight is staying around 179, nothing moving really, I do think I shrunk some of my measurements, wouldn't mind seeing that scale moving some though, last week at some point I was at 178.7 but then it went up again, could that still be muscles retaining water ?

I recall the first time I went through Slim in 6 that my measurements and the scale hardly moved the first couple of weeks, but when I started Burn, the weight just dropped off & the inches seemed to melt away. It was freaky! I believe a lot of the other ladies doing the workouts had similar experiences. My suggestion would be to forget the scale until after this challenge is over. Hard? Yes, but it's do-able.

Burn it Up done for today. Jogged through most of the lunges, but did really well on everything else.

One of my daughters did the warm up with me, and then started the squats. She did a few, and then said "Ow, my BUTT!" I whole-heartedly agree.

Soliwit - The scale isn't moving much at all for me, either. It's disheartening, but I know I'm losing inches. Made it into a new pair of jeans today.

I really didn't want to wake up early this morning, but I did. Bleh. This morning, I did RIU and starting today, I have water aerobics twice a week at 10 AM. We'll see how that goes.

                              Happy Monday!

One more down, yeeehaaaaw I'm halfway through.
I am really proud of the fact that I actually DO this every day, even when I sometimes drag my feet in starting, but then go through the whole thing without missing a beat.
I can actually do those push ups now and don't look like a woos, hahahaaaa.
Ok, tomorrow my day of rest, yeppa, well earned.

This morning I weighed 179.8, yuk, but I know it will happen some day, I am SO working on this so it can not be that this weight is never gonna come off.
If I only would have never fallen off that wagon, I really thought that would never happen to me.......oh well, life is what life is and now I got to pay for it *sigh*
I am lucky to be someone that doesn't sit and cry over stuff too long, gotta stay upbeat, life's too short to ponder on your mistakes too long
