                              This morning I did another 5 minutes with crunches and reverse crunches. I have no idea how many I did b/c I'm more focused with staying on the ball and not killing myself. 35/155

                                this is our 7th day into the month, 1 week so all of us should be about 1/4 of the way to our goal. everybody's looking in pretty shape cept our buddy f2f. i think she'll be adding some numbers for us though before the day is over.
