    There are a lot of exercises that can be done sitting on it and using the weights as well as the regular stability ball exercises.

    I just got one of these yesterday and am eager to try it out.
    dream, i have no problem with that at all. it's round, it's red just like our award and really, i think the others would welcome another challenger!
    if it's not a stability ball, what is it?
    btw, how many minutes are you in for?

      Thank you, Jimmie... I would love to join then! I think it's officially called a core sculpting system. But the package lists the first item as a stability ball.. lol

      And I'm in for 10 minutes a day for March, but I'll hopefully try to do more.

        so, 10 minutes a day would give you 130 minutes for the remainder of march if you are starting tomorrow, if my calculations are correct. i'll add your name to my list and the goal minutes and we'll see you in here tomorrow, posting some numbers!

            kevin, that's what christy and i both had to do half way through the first month. this challenge was set up for stability ball push ups only at the very beginning, back probably about a year ago, maybe 10 months. participation fell off and people weren't meeting the goals so i changed it up last month and christy nor i had a clue on how to proceed with minutes. if i remember right, we both double our original commitment halfway thorugh february and we both did very well with that.
