    christy, no problem! i've misses a day or two and most of us are being really constant.

    i did something new today. after flights, it feels really good to stretch out the muscles.
    i placed the ball against the wall, laying flat on my back with knees bent. feet were on the ball. with arms out to the side, i pressed my feet into the bal and held it for a 5 count, then released. keep your core muscles tight, the small of your back on the floor.
    you can also place one leg over the other at the knee and press that leg out while presses the ball against the wall with the other foot.

    i don't know if that explains it very well but i really felt the muscles work.

      Jimmie, I'm gonna give that a try later.

          i kinda took the day off from this today. we may have to light a fire under F2F but the rest of us are coming along really well.

            Got my 5 minutes in this morning: crunches, reverse crunches, wall squats. I even tried a few curls with some dumbbells, but I felt very nervous about falling off the ball. I'm gonna try it again when I get home.

                    i didn't keep count i just spent the 7 minutes doing wall/ball leg pushes and hamstring curls. those feel quite good after climbing alot of flights.

                      Hope I'm not too late for the challenge! Wanted to pledge 155 mins. (mins. /day) to this exercise challenge. I've been doing SB for abs the last month everyday, and it is awesome way to change things up in the old routine.

                        kevin, these month to month challenges never care if you join midstream! welcome to our challenge! i'll add your name to our list and all you need to do is post your minutes when you get them done. if you tell us what new exercise you might be trying it might help us to add to the mix we're doing for ourselves!
