    Ok, lets see if I remember everything....

    First off thank you for the congrats, and now I don't have to stress about going back into the 2's because I can't weigh until the 15th of June! Yipee!

    No problem on pointing out inches being double! Bigger numbers make me happy!

    COngrats to everyone who lost inches this week with their measure. Every little bit counts! Oh, and Solittle, my bust is like WAY smaller than it has ever been. My dh at first was like, *uh excuse me where did my home entertainment unit go? Start eating!!!* Men, but the hips are nice for him now too. he's always..... well lets save that story for a more private conversation... LEt's just say I can highly recommend Atkins as an aphrodesiac! LMAO!!

    Fit day ratios are great CD, if you ever go over on something it should be fat, because the protien can convert to glucose (sugar) and carbs are burned before fat! So keep up the great work!

        Hi I just wanted to check in and say that I have lost 3 inches!!!! So Im thinking about adding some more exercise in to my daily plan. Have a good week everyone.

            Just stopping in to catch up on the posts...Great job HG to get into the 1's, thats awesome and thanks for the tip about counting doubles on areas that you have 2 of, Ive never done that.

            I was wondering...I go outside and play baseball with the kids in the evenings ususally for about 30 min to an hour, should I be counting this as exercise? I enjoy going out there with them cause I work up a good sweat but its so much fun the time flys by. Just wondering if I should count it or not.

              Hi everyone,

              Just a little update. I've been away for the weekend and my food % have probably been off, but no cheating. Also, got in the 45 mins exercise Saturday and Sunday and about to do today's.

              Back to precise recording tommorrow!

                Hey christy, I think base ball is great for cardio, but make sure you add some resistance training, and have some time where you are focusing on your health. It is important to find time where you can take care of you.

                CD, i usually work out for at least 45 minutes every day. If i need to rest I will do it no more than twice a week, but even on rest days I make sure I am active. I do stairs at home, calf raises, squats, pliees while I do dishes, dance around with my mp3, go get things for myself, do ab twists, and crunches when I am sitting around doing nothing, I do dumbells with the laundry soap, and in general I try to stay moving more than I stay sitting. The only thing that burns less calories than sitting is laying down! SO staying in motion is very important. Durring my 45 minutes of intentional exercise, (that is what I call my me time) I get out on my bike, usually for 5-10 miles on my bike pulling my son in his trailer, or I do a dvd called from fat to firm by Michelle Dozois, and i like to do upper body resistance since I do so much lower body stuff. All in all I move for at least 1 hour a day intentionally, but I'd say I move a lot more than that. I have never had a cleaner house that is for sure! I even try to get on my hands and knees and scour my floors at least once a week, some times twice! My dh thinks I am going to ruin the finish on our stone floors! LOL


                Well, I can''t stress enough how important it is for everyone, especally someone who is a caregiver to someone to have time for themselves. I know most mom's come last, so do wives, daughters, and friends. It is about time we stopped feeling guilty for taking care of ourselves. We need to have something in us to give it back to the people we love. If we are going to pay it forward, we need to pay it inward too. Take care of yourselves ladies...... you are important too.

                  So as you read above exercise is really important to me, but I must confess, I am a slacker in the food department. Ughhh, this is the one area where *I* need my butt kicked.... anyone?

                    Hey out there in AA land.... just checking in. Today went well, except I didnt' have time for lunch... so luckily I had some pick up and go food ready in the fridge and just muched when I could. Everything's entered in fitday 1533 cal 70/5/25, 21 carb. I've moved on to OWL1, but still figuring it all out. I'll be doing one of the Leslie Sansone WATP tapes tonight before bed. The scale is collecting dust in the corner of the bathroom .... the cries of neglect barely heard.

                      Thanks for the info on the exercise! Today I did get in my abs...I am at work right now...so I'm hoping to get some walking thru the halls done...if not...I guess I'll go run my mile in the AM after work. Any suggestions on a GOOD bicycle seat??? Mine is way way way to uncomfortable!

                      Will have my measurements here before too long today...

                        I aim to please! I enjoy laughter, it makes me well....... laugh!!! Anyways, everyone is doing soooooo great at this. I kinda feel like I let everyone down today. My crappy cravings.... I am a dork. Oh well, the best things are worth working for. As always back on the wagon. So life is going really well. I think I ate something with starch in it and I think that is what triggered all of these cravings I caved in on today. Should have just gone fishin'

                          OOoooOOooooOOoo that freakin hurt! But I needed it! LOL

                          CD I use a spongey type bike seat that my kids laugh at. I think it is for old people who have bad hips, but that is me! Old and I have bad hips! LOL Seriously tho' since I have lost some ehmmm padding on my butt I need the extra cushioning, I bought it at Canadian Tire, but a compairable store in the states should have something like it I'm sure.

                            Is it a BIG seat...CAUSE REALLY....I think I need a REALLY big seat!! This big O'le Butt needs some extra paddin'!!

                                exactly!!! our streets in town are not paved the best by far...it is like gravel mixed with tar... rough! where did you get your cart for the bike...
                                i need one to haul my kiddos... they just turned 21 months the other day! it is amazing how fast they grow up! They are both just talking up a storm!
