Okay here I am. I had a VERY VERY VERY bad week for my exercise/eating goals and it started when I was just starting to see results. I don't know why or what did me in exactly but can I blame my dh??? Anyway I'm starting over again I think for the 5th time and am very happy to have this challenge-I need some accountability and somebody to kick me in the butt if I mess up. So please don't be nice to me I'm in need of some serious butt kicking.
Here are my goals:
Exercise 5 days a week for 45 minutes
daily meditation to stay on track
As a newbie I would like to commit to extended induction for 4 weeks to gain control of my eating habits before moving to OWL. Week 4-6, depending on how I feel, I will start OWL.
Drink 90 oz of water a day
No diet pepsi, or other diet soda.
Take my vitamins
Measurements:
5'3"
weight around 200 (my scale is off but it's between 195-200)
Waist: 41"
Hips: 50"
Gut:49" [
L thigh: 26.6"
L upper arm: 16"
L calf: 16.5"
R thigh: 27"
R upper arm: 16"
R calf: 16"

Ok! Baarb gave me the link to this cahllenge and I thank her very much. I'm sitting here listening to Fat Bottomed Girls by Queen as I type this. Ironic or a sign? You can be the judge. No wonder I don't look right in my clothes!! I'm totally out of proportion! I gotta laugh or I'll cry. I did laugh when I weighed in this morning. My scale is WW scale!!! I took my measurements just a little while ago. I can see someone out there trying to imagine what big ole' Miss looks like. Yeah I know no one has that kinda time,I'm just warped. But let me save you some time just incase......DON'T! It's not a pretty sight. OK...here they are:

I cant wait for tomorrow! Just wanted to check in and let you all know that Im still here and will be starting the challenge with everyone tomorrow morning. I was going to restart Induction last week or so but I never did so HG my weight/measurements/pics are still the same.

HG, I'm afraid that I must drop out of your challenge this month. Very sorry! I injured my right knee this morning and I'm hobbling on crutches. I see the doctor tomorrow, but I doubt that I'll be able to do much in the way of exercises anytime soon.
So, even though I'm not in the challenge anymore, I'm cheering for everyone to do very well! Good luck all!

SO HERE IS MY NEW MEASUREMENTS...DH MEASURED ME TONIGHT...AT LEAST HE IS VERY SUPPORTIVE...NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS WOULD I NORMALLY ALLOWED HIM TO KNOW HOW MUCH I WEIGHED OR MEASURED!
BMR = 1975 + 200 = 2175 min cal/day
Continue with induction level carbs for one more week then start climbing the carb ladder
Exercise a minimum of 45 min, 4 days a week
Measure once a week
drink 1 gal water/day
Take my vitamins 3x/day: multi, B complex, B12, Calcium/magnesium, fish oil, kava kava, glucosamine/chondrotin
Comment
