      jimmie I know I will not make my commitment to the SBEC for this month. I'm glad I joined as it got me doing some exercise. I would like to do this challenge for October!

        glenda, just keep on going and see how close you get.
        i for one, will be doing this again in october. the new thread will pop up sometime this week, probably about wednesday.

          No ball work on Sunday, but I did 20 min today of lower body exercises, abs, and stretches. I'll be signing up for next month!!!
          HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
          Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

            9-21 10 min ( I didn't have much time but did a little just to say I did!)

            9-22 20 min. I found this neat section on fotness on demand on out cable television that is produced by Fittv and it had two 10 minutes stability ball sections on it. I am going to try watching and see if it's anything good tomorrow! I'm excited about checking it out.

              heidi! you're in good shape with 280 minutes! only 20 more to go and i'm sure you'll get that done with no problem!

              i got a few things off my on demand channels too before moving to the new cable company. this sity has their own cable system and on demand isn't offered here.

                  9-24 25 minutes .......... added one more set to each of my excercises and wala ended up with 5 more minutes! Yippeee! I made my goal but I'm gonna keep gpoing tot he end of the month so I know about what I can do for next months challenge and use that number as a guide plua add a little ......... will there be another challenge next month? Or do you change them?
