                    You might try leaning back on your heels more--that takes the pressure off your knees. Keep good posture--if it really hurts your knees, don't do them--it's not worth causing damage. Hope that helps!

                      Thanks - that helped some.
                      Odd because walking, jogging, etc. don't hurt. Huh. Go figure. LOL.

                      Anyway, finished them today! YAY!!! And walked 4.7 mi as well!

                        I have several others close and I haven't heard from some others for quite a while. I'd like to acknowledge goalies in Celebration as soon as possible after the 1st, so PLEASE post as soon as you can.

                                Who's interested in doing this again for October? I'll do it again if you want--but there was another challenge started "Butt cheeks that can crack walnuts" (I think) that you count your exercise by minutes and pledge how many minutes you'll exercise each month.

                                Let me know--if there's at least 5, I'll do it.
