Grant, I find 20 min at a time is the best for me also, but sometimes I have extra energy (but never 50 min worth!). I have done two sets in one day (once in the morning, then at night) & that seemed just fine, too.
Here's my updated numbers...
10/19: 20 min lower body, abs, stretching
10/20: 30 min upper body, abs, stretching, and extra core work.
10/21: 20 min lower body, abs, and stretching.
10/22: 20 min more lower body, abs, and stretching.
