                1/23 - nothing .......... I did a new work out tape from the FIRM which was a 57 min work out I was so tired when i was done I just couldn't do another thing! LOL tomorrow I will make sure to get my ball work in.

                    I think I'd pass out if I did 57 minutes! LOL Probably would roll off the ball.

                            I have pneumonia and have been asked to stop doing any exercise for the next week or so.
