    heidi, i've gone through the archive and come up with 151. that was the same amount as i had on my spreadsheet. if you did an extra 5 minutes somewhere, i'll just add it to the total.

      Jimmie keep me at 151 I had my dates in two seperate places because of the moving and I think I wrote the wrong numbers in the wrong dates ....... so I'm sure your amounts are the right ones ......... Thanks for keeping such good track of us!

          This morning I completed 15 minutes of upper body, abs, core exercises, and stretches. Felt REALLY good!!!
          HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
          Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

                        its a 30 min workout, so thats 90mins each week. 270min for the rest of this month!
