          This morning I completed 15 minutes of core exercises, abs, stretches, and upper body exercises.
          HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
          Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

                                yep, bio, i'm going to have to up on a couple people.

                                15 minutes of balance ball stretch and 10 minutes of dumbbells. stretching felt different like i was stretching farther or differently. hmmm but it felt good so all is fine.
