    Had kind of a rough weekend over here. Satuday was good, my usual rest days so i took it and then Sunday evening I went in to put in core synergistics when my darn DVD player would read the disk. I tried a bunch of different disks but none of them worked. I already had abigail in bed and sleeping so I couldn't just go out and get another one, grrr!

    So not only did it mess up my workout yesterday but this morning i couldn't workout either. I am going strait after work and getting a new one at Target. The lack of excercise is throwing my entire system for a loop and I am just having a really rotten morning over here.

    I too need to keep messing around and "bring it". Seems like little things keep coming up trying to tap out on my motivation but I will not allow it. I am going to get a new DVD player and I am going to push myself super hard this week, even if it is recovery week, I don't really care.

      Hey Yoly, Im sorry to hear about your DVD player.Yesterday was my day off so I completed my workout this morning.Im really enjoying the workouts Im getting to the point where I look forward to working out everyday. I see you had a touch weekend but I know that you will get back on track.

        Hello hello everyone. I finally got in core synergistics, woohoo! Thank goodness! I can't believe how much I was sweating through the workout, it was crazy, I was sweating buckets! My shirt was soaked.

        It was a good workout, finally finally finally got back to it. I am so glad I did too, I feel so much better this morning than I did yesterday. It was such a rotten morning yesterday. It's amazing how your body gets used to certain things. I was used to excercising everyday and then the days that you dont your body protests! Well the protest is over, got my workout in for the day. Hooray!

        Also food was very good yesterday and will be again today. I'm doing great so far.

          Glad to know that you are back on track and kicking butt!I had a long day yesterday so I worked out for about 20 min. just wasnt feeling it.But, today out of all days I had a grilled chicken salad and it came with texas toast usually I would place to the side but today I was tempted and yes I induldge.
          So I figure today I will work out extra hard gather that I ate to slices.But , hopefully I get back on track tomorrow.We is almost at the halfway mark yay.

            Don't beat yourself up about. Just pick yourself up and start over again. You are doing so amazing and I am so inspired by your dedication to your excercise and this way of eating. Keep up the amazing work. And way to go on the light excercise day, it's good to listen to our bodies, eventhough a part of us wants to keep pushing and pushing. All in all you are doing just fabulous!

            I worked out this morning too, I did Kenpo X and had a great time, sweated buckets once again. AFter that I got abigail ready and went with her to her fieldtrip at the children's museum where I proceeded to chase after 4 five year old little girls for about 6 hours. Oh man,I am so tired. I can't believe how much energy these kids have. Sheesh definatly felt old there.

            I had fun though adn I'm sure I burned a bunch fo extra calories, lol.

            Food has been pretty good over here. I did have a piece of sugar free chocolate today but I'm not beating myself up about it. All in all pretty good day.

              Today is Stretch X day, I thought for sure it would be about 30 minutes but I put the tape in and it was actually 57 minutes long. I didn't wake up with enough time to get it in so I will work on it this afternoon.

              I weighed this morning since it's pretty close to my first month with P90X. And found absolutly no change in the scale or measuring tape. Nothing.

              I was getting kind of bumbed out about it but then I shook it off and decided to not give a shi* about it. I don't care I know that excercise and induction equals weight loss, yes it's taking longer but it'll happen.

                Thanks, Im back on track this morning for breakfast I had bacon and eggs.I didnt get up in time to workout so I plan to do this evening.Im happy to hear that you are doing better on your food choices.I notice that my clothes are getting baggy on me which is a good thing,and I have went down 2 bra sizes~Have A Nice Day

                    Happy Mother's Day!
                    I didnt get a chance to post this weekend I left Friday heading to Memphis,TN and left my lap top behind.But I brought my tapes along and was able to workout each day but I cheated big time we stayed at the Horse Shoe Casino and there food was excellent so this week I have to make up for it. lol.I hope your weekend well.

                      Hi, I had a really crazy end of the week and weekend. I graduated on Saturday and the Friday, Saturday and Sunday was spent either on preperation or recovery.

                      I decided to give myself that time off from excercise so now I am back at it with a vengance. My food is going to be super sqweeky clean from this morning on. Also I am going to get into my excercise again just as much as I was at the beginning.

                      I didn't wake up early enough to get in the workout this morning but I will definatly do it this afternoon.

                      don't worry about the food, you are definatly trying your best. Keep up the good work, keep on going, you are doing so great with the excercise. Keep it up, keep on going. We are going to get to the end of this challenge and we are going to feel great about it! We may have hiccups along the way but we are here and committed so that's what counts!

                      We are doing great and will continue to do so.

                            Ok so last night I got in the stretch, I didn't want to it was soooo long. 57 minutes of stretching, holy cow! But I got it in and felt good about moving on to do something mroe intense today.

                            This morning I did Cardio X. It was a really great workout. I was huffing and puffing and sweating like crazy. I enjoyed the yoga at the beginning and noticed my form was really improved. I was dragging through the second part of plyo which is at the end and then the supperman bananas were kicking my butt!

                            All in all I felt great workout out this morning! Thank goodness I am not completely out of the habit.

                            Tomorrow I will get in Yoga which means I have to wake up super early to get it in. No problem, I am actually looking forward to it, lol, can youbelieve it. I used to moan and groan about Yoga and I have been waiting for it to come around. Can't wait!

                              hello hello, not much new to report over here. I didn't wake up early enough to do Yoga but I am working from home today so I may be able to sneak it in here some time today. I do have a bunch of other stuff to work on at the same time so we'll see how it goes. Oh I woke up really sore this morning, my inner thighs really got a workout yesterday, so woohoo! for that, its' really the first time my thighs have felt sore since when I started. Everything is just going swimmingly.

                              I'll try my best to get the excercise in some time today. Hope everyone else is just doing wonderfully.

                                Hello, I woke up this morning but and didnt feel like working out, so I rolled back over and went to sleep until time for me to get up for work.So I will attempt it again this evening.I woke up Saturday/Sunday morning sore my arms and inner thighs so I feel you on that one.I hope your day goes well.
