    I didn't get Yoga in yesterday after all but I kicked major Yoga butt this morning! I was sweating like crazy but it was actually fun. I am still stumbling on a few of the more compicated moves but all in all I was low in my lunges and was able to hold the positions.

    Great workout!

    Good luck on the excercise, I know you can do it.

    BTW, I have been absolutly wonderful with food and have lost 2 pounds!! Yeay me!

      Core Synergistics, done for the day!!!

      I really really didn't want to excercise this morning, going out of my way to make excuses for not excercising, things along the lines of "oh I am doing so good with food I don't have to work out as hard, it is my scheduled rest day even though I took it earlier in the week" so on and so forth.

      I finally got up and did the excercise, begrudgingly but I did it. I skipped through the 5 minute bonus, more because I started late and didn't have enough time than from exhaustion, eventhough I was really tired. The pushups were a killer this morning, phew!

      I was sweating by the end of it, super sweaty but I felt great!!!

      Riding the endorphine wave this morning, I think it's going to be a great day.

        Congragulations on your 2lb lost way to go.I just completed my workout got off to a late start this morning.Im looking forward to working out this weekend because I dont have to get up as early.Im about to head to the casino I just wanted to post my progress before I leave.Have A Nice Day!

          Great job on getting the excercise in yesterday. I am taking the day off from excercise today. I try not to workout on Saturdays. I will do Cardio X first thing tomorrow morning.

          I am going to go grocery shopping, running kinda low on some of the stuff that I need to stay on plan.

              Hi girly, I hope you are feeling better over there. I enjoyed my saturday off and wasn't feeling Tony HOrton this morning. I knew I needed to excercise but I decided to do something else instead. I jumped on my bike and headed outside for some good fun but hard excercise! Geez, my face is as red as a tomato, doens't help that it's super hot outside. I ended up doing about 5 miles. It was fun but also work. I guess I can't change my siggy but excercise is definatly in for the day.

              I may get inspired later and do P90X but I kinda doubt it. I may spend the rest of the day just veging out, I don't really get to do that much and school starting in a few weeks means that I won't get to do it soon. I'm off to the showers and then the sofa for a little nap.

                Well at least you were able to get some exercise in I was sick all weekend but feel better today so I decided to take the weekend off.I just glanced at your new photo that you have posted and your face looks much smaller yay!You are doing great!I plan to get back on track this evening wish me luck .                   Great job on taking care of yourself, so sorry to hear that you were sick this weekend, that's the pits! But at least you are feeling better, that's good.

                  I didn't wake up early enough to excercise this morning but I will get it in this evening in some form or fashion. Probably P90X but I may choose to do something different. I am really needing variety right now, hmmm, slim in 6 sounds kinda good. We'll see.

                  Thanks about the pic, it was actually taken a while ago but my face is definatly shrinking. I'll get there again.

                      good morning, i was dreading to get up out of bed this morning I did complete my workout for today.I restarted my diet because for about 3 days I been eating fried foods and bread so I felt like I needed a fresh start.I hope everything is going ok on your end.Have A Nice Day

                        Hey girl, I posted before but for some reason I don't see it on here, must have gotten lost with the board switching or something.

                        I did not do P90X yesterday but I did do excercise in a different form. Last night I went out with two friends and we danced salsa, merengue and bachata for about 2.5 to 3 hours strait. I was sweating up a storm and felt really good.

                        So while not formal excercise I definatly did a very very intense cardio workout.

                        Great work on meeting your excercise commitments. I haven't been doing that great this week, I'm calling it a wash and starting fresh on Monday.

                        Hope you are having a wonderful friday.

                        Oh, also I will be leaving on a camping trip tonite so I won't be checking in. So have a great Memorial Weekend.

                              Hello, I am back from my trip. It was wonderful, frustrating and exhausting all rolled in to one.

                              We went to the beach for a weekend long camping trip and it was fun sure, but definatly exhausting.

                              I got my excercise in for sure! Again not in the form of P90X but I'm counting it.

                              On Friday night we got there and set up camp, carrying lifting, dragging all through sand for about 1.5 hours.

                              On Saturday we finished setting up in the morning and then went for a two mile walk on the beach. It was awesome but a workout, so nice out there. Everyone had their dogs and stuff it was really nice.

                              On Sunday we went for another walk and then took down camp, lifting carrying pulling for another 1.

                              Yesterday Abigail and I worked on the backyard for about an hour before we realized that I had locked us out of the house, oops! Luckily my BF has a spare key except he didn't answer his phone (didn't have it on him) and so I walked to his house, carrying ABigail on piggy back the whole way, she's 5! It was about 3 miles to his place, in the hot blacking 2 pm heat, geez!

                              All in all I did well with the excercise, non traditional excercise but I think it counts.

                              I will work on refocusing on P90X this week. I got a little tired of it and had to do some other stuff for a while, which i did, and now I"m ready to go back to it.

                                Wow, you kicked butt this weekend and Im glad that you enjoyed your trip.I have so many different exercises going on that I dont know if Im going or coming but I will say this the weight is falling off drastically and inches very quickly.I think Im being to hard on myself on my day off which suppose to been Sunday I have gotten to the point where Im so use to exercising every day that I dont want to take a day off.So this morning I completed another round of sweat.
                                Yoly, I dont know why but for some reason I enjoy doing Slim in 6 better than 90 I dont know if it is the exercises or what because im doing basically the same exercises both of them have me pouring in sweat among finishing but I will most definiently continue with 90.I thought it was funny when you said that you had to piggy back Abigail the whole way my god you got your workout end.Have A Nice Day!
