Thanks it ended up being pretty good, once the sleep aid I took late last night to go to sleep wore off. Yikes! I felt like I was going to fall asleep behind the wheel this mroning. Now I"m dragging, I'm so tired.

I'm off to bed, I will post my excercise tomorrow. Plan on getting in Cardio X or maybe Yoga, I'll keep you posted.

Oh and I agree about Si6. I personally think that you get better results with Debbie Siebers and much faster then Tony HOrton's workouts. I am just so burned out with Si6 that I needed to try something else. I go back to Debbie Siebers some times and it is just so not as funny as Tony Horton's workouts. I guess I"m spoiled, I kind of like his goofy sense of humor.

Great job on the loss, I am so happy to hear you are losing tons of inches, you totally deserve it, you have been kicking major butt!

Hi meckab, I think I am throwing in the towl on our P90 challenge. I am still doing it, sporadically as well as Debbie Siebers. But there is no way that I am sticking to the schedule that TH wants me to. It's all ok though, I've lost about 18 pounds in the last 3.5 weeks so I'm really doing perfectly alright.

I just didn't want to leave you hanging about our challenge. Sorry I didn't get on here earlier to let you know.

I'm sure i'll see you in other challenges soon, maybe the slim in 6 challenge.
