i had a great little workout tonight. i tried something new..... i lit up a bunch of candles in living room before the workout, and let their wonderful scent fill the air while i was doing my workout. i felt so much at peace during my time on the SB. it's the first time i ever did a workout where i wasn't staring at the timer to see how much time was left.
