    i had a great little workout tonight. i tried something new..... i lit up a bunch of candles in living room before the workout, and let their wonderful scent fill the air while i was doing my workout. i felt so much at peace during my time on the SB. it's the first time i ever did a workout where i wasn't staring at the timer to see how much time was left.

      i have nothing to report. i'm getting a very slow start to the month but i do enjoy seeing your totals so far.

                                the plan was to do my exercise and finish it up as soon as jack got home, then we would go walk. plans........... pfffft.
                                jack came home after just 2 minutes of stab. ball work.

                                but i'm taking it! i may need it at the end.
