    Yup, told you all I'm fine! I'm not kidding... except when I screw something up, then it's still a great excuse! ha ha! It kind of comes in handy when I need it. Gotta know how to use it.

    I totally agree, saying what you are going to do and being accountable to others put the pressure on to get it done! I have to admit, that did help motivate me today to get it done! I was so tempted to skip that walk after already doing 2 workouts. Intervals are brutal. But the walk felt great. Try and remember how good you will feel afterwards. It's so hard to get going, but all you have to do is start. Hang in there. It's hard for all of us.

    Tonight I was kinda sore so I went back and forth from the jacuzzi to the icy cold pool. It did help loosen up my muscles. I feel very relaxed now. I keep thinking about Jerry and what he said about after those 2 weeks, his pain was less. and he passed out the first day. Everyday he got stronger and after 2 weeks he was going like 10 miles a day.

        KFI AM 640 More Stimulating Talk Radio In the upper right is a "Listen Now" link. She is on live at 9:00 am to 11:00 am Pacific Time.

        If you miss it, it'll show up on this link within a couple days. When you scroll to the bottom there is another link "More from Sunday" that has more shows archived. The shows go back a few months.

        What is REALLY special is you can save them on your system before they disappear. To save to your computer, right-click on "Download" and "Save Target As" to your computer.

            iyshiaf: Looks like someone messed up your list. I had reported my weight, and you updated the list, on pg.22 #219. Then someone copied the wrong list to update their #'s, and did not include the changes you made. Maybe we should let you update the list yourself, so there will be no problems? And we should just report our #'s, as most of us do. Less chance of errors!
            My #'s again for week 1 were 253.5/246/230
            My goal weight loss for week 2 - 3lbs.

              Hello all; sorry I'm so late in posting. It won't happen again! Unfortunately no weight loss the first week. I was a bit bummed and went off plan just a tad, but I'm back on. Not sure if we should post our own numbers or if iyshiaf will do. My week 2 goal is 2 lbs.

                    uh oh, what a nightmare for Iyshia! Mines wrong there too!

                        Thanks a bunch The copying of the wrong post can create mass confusion and inaccuracy. I'm fine w/ keeping up w/ the list-- you guys post your #'s and I'll handle the rest!

                              Lateral Raises - 30 (5 pound weights)
                              Biceps - 30 (5 pound)
                              Triceps - 30 (5 pound)
                              Shoulders - 30 (5 pound)
                              100 Squats

                              1 mile on the treadmill at 10% incline (highest it would go). I could only make a mile, my legs were shaking. I am going to try that again tomorrow and build up to longer time.

                              30 push ups
