    No weight loss this week! I feel bloated this morning, had maybe too much cabbage last night. Need to drink more water, and increase my exercise routine. The good news is my clothes are getting looser, so I'm sure I lost some more inches.

      Hi,
      Weighed in at 193.8 this am so that's a total loss for the week of 3.3lbs. I'm pretty happy even though I didn't reach my 5lb goal. Next week's goal is 2lbs. Slow and steady. I am still a little sore, so I know I'm pushing myself exercise wise. Will continue to do that.

        Morning Everyone!

        I'm down 2lbs with my Week #2 Goal at 3lbs - not bad.
        I AM happy about my inches, though... I measured a few places this weekend and I'm happy to report that I'm down an inch in my hips and 1.5 inches on my waist! Didn't check anywhere else, but when I put on my bra this morning I had to use different hooks. I think I'm doing well!!

        Week #3 Goal = 3lbs

          Well, I am down 4lbs of my 5lbs I wanted to lose this last week. I am happy with it, though I know I could have been down alot more, since I only got to work out at the gym once last week due to my car problems. My pregnant sister was driving me around everywhere! But I feel great! So my next week's goal is to lose 6LBS. (oh and I have a new car!, no excuses now!)

            Sorry I have been so afk lately, a lot of craziness is happening in my life, with work, packing and moving and all kinds of stuff!

            I have been feeling really bloated lately, its confusing but it feels like I need to go all the time and cant. *shrug* Maybe I will look into the whole extra fiber bit even though I am getting lots of veggies.

            DRUM ROLL! I weighed in at 195 this week! Not bad. I think 2-3lbs a week is pretty realistic for me.
            May I also change my GOAL to 175?


            Next weeks goal 2 lbs.

                      I lost 5 out of my 6lb goal for this week--- down to 182... next week's goal 179 (3lbs)

                        I met my goal. I lost 2.8lbs barely making it. I thought I would loose more with all of the exercising. I am pledging 1.8lbs for week 3. DOn't ask...just an arbitrary number.

                              Oh my, you have got to tell me your secret! I know I am making progress but I feel so stuck in the 190s. Getting out of them would make me at my all time low in over 6 years...
