No weight loss this week! I feel bloated this morning, had maybe too much cabbage last night. Need to drink more water, and increase my exercise routine. The good news is my clothes are getting looser, so I'm sure I lost some more inches.

I think I'm doing well!!
But I feel great! So my next week's goal is to lose 6LBS. (oh and I have a new car!, no excuses now!)
