    LOL!

Anyway, I think it's kind of amusing.
You know that is interesting. A lot of us were sick. Maybe our immune systems went into shock. I am just glad that I feel so much better. Now if I can get my exercise in tonight!

The Biggest Loser Show Series on NBC: Production Blog

Before a workout, Kristin says, "When you're on the treadmill watching the other people go, it just builds up that fear of, 'Oh my God what is he going to do to me'? We should get t-shirts made up, I survived 20 last chance workouts and all I got was this stupid t-shirt."

LOL! God, I love this gal! She's got the spunk and humor of a true Wisconsinite.

Dump the aspartame! It's crap for your system! (And while others will disagree, Splenda isn't any better as far as I'm concerned.)

I don't measure green veggies, the others I do. Green veggies, brocolli, spinach, celery, green pepper, etc., I eat unlimited now. They're just flat out good for you and takes more for the body to digest.

                • Re: Lose with the Losers Challenge

I stalled out for a week. I researched a lot of posts and made some changes this week. I have been sick the past week with allergies and not feel much like drinking my water or making sure that I get my veggies in...results, no weight lose in almost 10 days.

I went to Whole Foods and bought some Caprylic Acid and grapefruit seed extract tabs to add to my diet. My doctor is all supportive of the Atkins WOE, but he is not to sure about the yeast connection. He states he has not found research to support the therory....hence me going to Whole Foods at 9 PM at night. --I took about 5 rounds of antibiotics last year in an 9 month period.

So I am making sure that I am drinking at least 100 oz of water per day if not more, taking my suppliments, Caprylic Acid, grapefruit seed extract, and EATING my veggies. I am still weighing all my foods and plugging it into www.FitDay.com. I have maintained being in ketosis even if I did not have any weight loss. I am getting in a little more exercise. Still can't do to much with my ankle (sprained it last month) but still trying to do some that does not required much pressure on my ankle.

Got on the scale this morning and I am down 2 lbs!!!

I have to say, as much as I don't want to admit it, my DH's idea for the consequence of cheating has worked quite well to get me back on track. He is a video game lover, and since he is in Law School, his free time is very limited. So, he decided (and I begrudingly accepted) that every time I cheat, he gets to buy a new video game. So far he has gotten 4 games this week! AACCCKK. I have to say though, that it is definitely working as motivation. He knows where to hit me where it hurts, the purse strings!

I really wanted a cinamon roll with my decaf coffee this morning, but I thought "he can't get ANOTHER game!" So I didn't have it. We are still debating though if he gets one for each individual cheat, or each day I cheat. To be honest, I think I will chose the former, because my mind set has been, "well, he already gets a game, I might as well make it worth my while!" then keep eating crap all day. I don't need to explain to all of you what a dangerous attitude this is!

So, today is his last video game, and I am starting again, completely cheat free. I am also committing to no artificial sweeteners, and only drinking water and herbal tea. It worked wonders last time (15 pounds lost during 2 wk induction), and I felt amazing!

You gotta do what you gotta do, right?

I have spent the last week and a half in the hospital eating hospital food, I went from ketosis at 208 a week ago to last night weighing 213.5. I wanna jump back on the wagon but I feel like I missed so much time and now backtracked for this challenge. I still feel sick and the thought of meat lately has been upsetting. But today so far I have made through by having chicken broth for lunch and for breakfast I had some eggwhites and I am going to go one day at a time on the right path and trying hard not to upset my tummy!
