    Yep, I lost 4 nasty lbs over the last 2 days and I feel fantastic! I also got back to my exercise earlier before I came to work... 10 miles on the bike while doing 200 jabs (w/ 3lb dumb bells) and 200 bicep curls (w/ 5 lb dumb bells)! I'm gonna hit the bike again when I get home.

      Hmmm that is a great idea about the jabs. I should do that on my treadmill. Burn more calories and get my arms in at the same time! Great idea ..thanks for that!

        Oh my..those jabs are a killer. I had to do 1 min in karate and my arms felt like noodles. See you all at the weigh in.

          I forgot to mention something...My son had a gym thing at his grand parents. We picked it up this weekend. It needs cleaned up but has all of its weights and does a full body. I need it oiled down but very excited about having more heavier weights to add in. My husband told me we can turn the garage into a gym for me. I have access to an elliptical that a friend would LOVE for me to store for him. A weight bench with bar and weights. A treadmill and a gym machine. I am going to put mirrors on one wall, have my husband mount a spare tv that we do not use and have at it. Had to tell someone ..I was pretty excited. Not excited about cleaning the garage though

              Spent a few days in Carbville~~stupid I know. Weight is 228.2 this AM. I've been on track x 3 days & I'm actually in ketosis. Goal for this week is 4#.

                  278/265/250 Wk 4 Goal: 4 lbs

                  Goal was 4 lbs this week, made it to 6.

                  I wanted to make a total of 20 lbs lost since starting Atkins on 010309, but I missed by 1 lb. I needed to get down to 264....but I will do it by next weigh in. My first mini goal is 260, but I can't weight for that first "20" lbs.

                  I measured myself last night (but more areas than the stats for this challenge) and I have lost a total of 14 inches. Go figure...most of it is off the boobs...it needs to come of the hips first!!! I want to get back in my jeans. But I know that it is coming off and that is all that counts.

                    I wont get to weigh in til tomorrow as I missed my opportunity this morning but the scale has been cruel to me lately and I can't say I am not avoiding it a bit. I will update tomorrow with any progress.

                      Good Morning. Did not make goal this week. Lost only 1.3lbs but I'm happy of course that I lost. TOM just arrived and is messing with me so hopefully next week I'll have a nice whooshi, at least I hope so. Wt today 192.3 Goal for next week 2 lbs.

                        Hey,

                        So I didn't quiet make my stated goal, but I did make another one. I was trying to figure out what was stalling me out so bad and I did, it was those dang Atkins bars!! I quit them two days ago and I am back to losing weight. I went from 195 yesterday to 193 this morning, so I am down "1" pound.

                        Please make next weeks goal to be 4 pounds, 189

                        On the bright side, I have lost 2 inches off my waist alone, and I started doing the weight loss yoga 3 time a week

                          Today I weighed in at 212.5, so down 1lb from last week, my next weeks goal is to get back to where I left off at 209.

                            week 2 (missed 3lb goal loss by 1/2 lb, lost 2 1/2 lbs)

                            Still trying hard to increase that water intake. Also have to work out harder, as I was out of commission for a few days there with a sore

                              Hi everyone, well here I am shy of 3lbs to reaching my weekly goal. I have lost 3lbs, and I also updated my ticker too. I am going to work a hundred times harder this week, I seem to have been off for about two weeks now...even though I still have NOT cheated! Its just the working out, I gotta get my booty to the gym more! Anyways, looks like everyone is doing great! Way to go "Losers"!

                                Hi everyone. I made my goal this week. I lost 2.2lbs. was 214.8 now 212.6. However, I weighed myself on Monday and was 211. why did I do that? LOL My goal was to loose 1.8lbs. My goal for this week is to loose 1.5lbs.
