        I know - it is all that yoga - I am addicted
        No yoga today though some lifting again. I am a bit tired of Jillian but I have to admit doing her stuff for these last months has paid off. My midsection, butt and thighs are smaller. It is great stuff. I am going back to lifting heavy for a few weeks though.

            I Haven't been around 'cause I'm writing a book.
            Also, I changed my routine to:

            Monday: back, shoulders Tuesday: biceps, triceps Wednesday: chest, legs Thursday: - - -
            Friday: back, shoulders Saturday: biceps, triceps Sunday: - - -

            Also, I gained weight from 188 lb to 198 lb. I'd say it's 35% muscle and the other half fat...Yogi Berra. Seriously, I ate ~ 5-7000 cal / day to achieve more mass. It took me about 9 days to get there. Yes, I carb loaded like a maniac during the weekend, too. Now I'm cutting back my calories to my average 1800-2000 cal / day to lose the fat and maintain 90% of the muscle mass gained. I look truly huge, especially my triceps, shoulders, lats and biceps, in that order. I think my triceps are becoming freakishly huge.

                      Anyways, 46 minutes today. I did a high intensity bombing of lats, traps and shoulders. I'm in love with my new split!

                      Today, 3 sets Australian pullups, 3 sets of Bent Rows, 3 sets of pulldowns, 3 sets of chin ups, 3 sets of barbell shrugs, 3 sets of upright rows, 3 sets of military presses, 3 sets of lateral raises and 3 sets of archer-point raises. In 46 minutes!
