                          Hi Liv, IT WAS HARD.

                          And today I had another 60 minute class with a different teacher-I didn't do any classes on Wed-Today's class is called Strictly Strength. She does three types of exercises per circuit, and we repeat those three exercise and do them a total of 4 X. Then she moves to another group of three exercises and we do them 4X. I think there was a total of 6 or so circuits and then the stretching to cool down. The entire class was either using weights while doing lunges and stuff on the BOSU ball or ab exercises of all kinds. I was trying to keep track of the abs for my ab challenge and got lost after 200 Crunches, side crunches, pelvic lifts, oblique crunches........she had no Mercy!!!

                          So I will count 1/2 the class as strength/weights time.

                              Yes, it is fun and painful at the same time, tomorrow is Yoga, but I will probably use the elliptical machine while I am the club.

                              Liv, good for you and your Yoga. I do admire your running record. A little out of my league right now. Walking too long is hard enough on the knees.

                              Alexa, KB sounds very good for overall exercise.


                              Oh, and BTW, I could not do the BOSU ball too much at the class, so I just was on the flat floor sometimes. I never used it before, and it is hard enough to stand still, let alone do lunges while lifting weights!!!
