    No way No carb loading for me My body is adapted it uses it's own fat and such for fuel I feel soo much better now then I did when I used to think I had to Carb load to exercise this was a long time ago LOL. I had a LOt of ups and downs. And hardly made preogress since Atkins and no carb loading my endurance has grown by leaps and Bounds YAY!!!

      K Just Finishe Abs and SHoulders my arms are weak as **** OMgosh OUCHIE I will probably feel my Abs tomorrow or later I don't usually feel it right after I do them LOL.

      SO this is how It went today.

      Killer Ups Dropset 12x10lbs,10x5lbs,7x2.5lbs,6xNW (no rest between sets)
      Dumbell SHoulder Press Dropset 12x20lbs,10x15lbs,8x10lbs,8x5lbs (no rest between sets)
      Cable Crunches 12x80lbs,12x100lbs,12x100lbs,12x100lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
      Dumbell Front Raises 7x15lbs,7x15lbs,6x15lbs,6x15lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
      Dumbell Side Bends 10x25lbs,10x25lbs,8x25lbs,10x25lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
      Shoulder Shrugs 12x80lbs,12x100lbs,8x110lbs,10x110lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets.

      I am sure I will be sore tomorrow. Now all I ahve to do is run today YAY ME!!!

        I ran for 1 hour 40 minutes went 8.25 miles I didn't do 12 cause I can't fit it in today so this will ahve to be good. I also did intervals the entire time 2 minutes at 5MPH and 30 seconds at 7 MPH it was really hard the last 30 minutes I was Pooped.

          This Is what I did yesterday for exercise

          Workout went like this.

          Leg extension Drop set 6x120lbs,6x110lbs,6x100lbs,6x90lbs (no rest between sets)
          Hamstring Curls Dropsets 12x40lbs,12x35lbs,12x30lbs,15x20lbs (no rest between sets)
          Standing Calf Raises Drop set 10x140lbs,10x130lbs,10x120lbs,10x110lbs (no rest between sets)
          Ball Squats 10x50lbs,10x50lbs,10x50lbs,10x50lbs( 1 minute rest between sets)
          Stiff legged Deadlifts 10x140lbs,10x140lbs,10x140lbs,10x140lbs (1 minute rest Between sets)
          Standing Stair calf Raises 12xBW,12xBW,10xBW,10xBW (1 minute rest between sets)
          Chair Squats 12x110lbs,12x130lbs, 10x140lbs,10x140lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
          Ball Hamstring Curls 10xBW,10xBW,10xBW,10xBW (1 minute rest between sets)

          This was a great workout I was really sweating and also Burning, I am not too sore now But, I am sure I will be later. I sure wish I couold go to the gym for my legs I need some new exercises and I can't get the weight high enough either I have to grip with my hands and they can only take so much weight.

          Today I did a Great run 45 minutes of interval training went 4 miles was running from 5.5 to 7.5 MPH WOW I am tired my but, feels it for sure.

          After I went and lifted weights it was awesome 45minutes of torture but, it's all worth it in the end.

          This is how the workout went.

          Tricep Extensions Dropset 12x80lbs,10x70lbs,10x60lbs,7x50lbs ( No rest between sets)
          Seated Cable Press Dropset 8x80lbs,7x70lbs,7x60lbs,6x50lbs (no rest between sets)
          Over Head Tricep Cable extentions 7x70lbs,7x70lbs,7x70lbs,7x70lbs ( 1 minute rest Between sets)
          Cable Bar Pullovers 8x70lbs,7x60lbs,7x60lbs,7x60lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
          Seated Dumbell Ext. 10x25lbs,10x25lbs,8x25lbs,9x25lbs( 1 minute rest between sets)
          Seated Chest Flies 10x60lbs,7x70lbs,7x70lbs,7x70lbs (1 minute rest between sets)

          Yup I got major Jello arms and it's all good I have a feeling I am gunna be sore tomorrow But, it's cool I like being sore HE HE

            I have to tell you I am sooo increadibly impressed with myself today I an having the Most awesome day I did somehting I never dreamed I would do I ran a 10 k in under 60 minutes 57 minutes and 20 seconds to be exact can you freaken belive it. I was a humping along let me tell you I was dripping buckets my heart was running and my legs well we'll just say when I was done I was stiff. I finished out my run slower and managed to run 9 miles in 90 minutes WOOHOOO for me I ROCK it today.

              I had a recovery run today not long or far but,it was somewhat nastie cause of yesterday. I really worked out my legs and YUP I can feel it today I am very sore but, I got on the good ol Tready and did it any how. 45 minutes went under 4 miles it was nice and slow I didn't wanna go fast I need to recover today. My knees are a bit sore not painful but, more stiff as I got into my run they were good but the first 10 was brutal LOL. WHat we don't do to our bodies hey ROFL. ro I was on the treadmill in total 1 hour which is GREAAAAT!!!

              I also did weights today this is How that went.

              Hammer curl Dropset 12x25lbs,10x20lbs,10x15lbs,10x10lbs (no rest between sets)
              T Bar Pulls Dropset 10x60lbs,10x55lbs,10x10lbs,8x45lbs (no rest between sets)
              Incline Dumbell curls 6x25lbs, 8x15lbs,8x15lbs,10x15lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
              Ball Hyperextensions 14x10lbs,12x15lbs,12x15lbs,9x15lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
              Spider cable curls 7x70lbs,7x70lbs,6x70lbs,6x70lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
              Reverse Grip Front Pulls 7x60lbs,10x50lbs,10x50lbs,10x50lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)

              I can definately feel it my Biceps are Shaling m,y back not soo much I did some new exercises today I love changing it up the T bars made me sweat sooo Bad and I was shaking all over while doing them YAY!!!

                Barbell Roll Curls 10xBW,10xBW,10xBW,10xBW ( 1 minute rest between sets.

                My shoulders are burning my abs are stiff YAY SO it was a great workout.

                    Yup 7 weeks WOOHOO for the Half and a year and 7 weeks for the Full I should most certainly be ready by then.

                            Doing good Sadie I had a killer interval training run today it was Brutal went 6.8 miles in 60 minutes like I said brutal but, I had to fit an intensive workout in in a short amount of time. I tell ya I was dripping sweat red as heck but, I felt Awesome.

                              I really feel like I got a great workout today my legs are shakey of course I will know later how my body reacts to today.
