I ran outside on Thursday it was all right But, I have Shin Splints I can't tell you how painful it is I ahve never ever injured myself and I contribute it to running on slippery surfaces outside. I won't be doing that again for a Bit. So cause of my Injury I am out of the running circut till I heal which I am really hoping doesn't take too long. I will be working on building up the strerngth of my Anterior shin muscle so this doesn't happen again.
Today is lower body weight training since I can't do much for stepping or anything I will Probably do a lot of Squats and my Front of my leg is very sensitive so I can't do leg extensions fdor at least a few days. I am really watching my caloric intake while I am not running I don't wanna end up heavier by eating like I was.
