    glad you are feeling better. you just need to with his permission take longer walks to keep the cardio you have built up. will he let you walk up hill? that can get your cardio going well we you elevate the incline into the higher numbers.

    Oh I almost forgot have you made your B12 shot appointment for this month yet?

      Not yet, I got to a walk in and it opens next week so I will be getting there around the 15th LOL. Thanks for the reminder.

      I can walk and I think uphill should be all right just can't do the running cause of the jarring on my spine. It does feel a whole lot better today though so hopefully I will be mostly back to myself tomorrow.

        Still Injured but, that doesn't mean I quit exercising. I walked for 30 minutes on an incline of 7% and went pretty hard I was really sweating when I was done so I did great. The milage sucks this week but, It will be back come next week when I am given the go ahead in running again.

          Good luck Sarah. Once I've lost some more weight I'm going to be going for a marathon goal myself. Right now it's just too hard on my knees until I drop a few more pounds and build my core strength.

            I started Running at 255 but, if you have knee Problems be very careful and be sure to buy new shoes specific to running only.

              I actually got spiffy new Mizuno shoes (rated by Runner's World as best for flat footed overweight people, which certainly applies!). But it's pretty jarring to run when I'm this heavy. I worry that I'm doing more harm than good as opposed to walking.

                Well Start out Just getting your Speed up walking in no time you'll wanna run. Do what feels best for you If there is any pain stop.

                  Workout went as follows

                  Dumbell Squats 12x10lbs,10x15lbs,8x20lbs,6x25lbs,12x25lbs changeover leg extensions 12x50lbs
                  Seated calf raises 12x60lbs,10x70lbs,8x80lbs,6x90lbs,12x90lbs, changeover standing calf raises 12x90lbs, Still haven't found the right weight for the calves they are very strong so I will up again next time.
                  Stiff legged Deadlifts 12x80lbs,10x90lbs,8x100lbs,6x110lbs,12x90lbs no change 12x90lbs.
                  Weighted cable crunches 12x40lbs,10x50lbs,8x60lbs,6x70lbs,12x50lbs, no change 12x50lbs

                  Good workout wish I had a smith machine I may use my ball and weights next time for squats harder workout.

                  I am hoping to run tomorrow God willing and Back willing If I can I will take it slow run slow and go from there.

                    SO I just finished My run I am very happy to say it felt really great to do it. I didn't push it and didn't go a really long distance but, I still did it and pain free WOOHOO 5.2 miles for today.

                      Just finished my nastie Workout my Upper body is Quivering from Fatigue. EEEK

                      So I ran for 1 hour went 5.7 miles walked 10 minutes then hit the weights

                      Workout went as follows

                      Seated Bicep Curls 12x10lbs,10x15lbs,8x20lbs,6x25lbs,12x15lbs changeoevr Hammer Curls 12x15lbs These were done with Dumbells.
                      Standing Tricep Kickbacks 12x5lbs,10x10lbs,8x15lbs,6x20lbs,12x10lbs, changeoevr overhead lay down extensions 12x15lbs
                      Dumbell Flies on Ball 12x5lbs,10x10lba,8x15lbs,6x20lbs,12x10lbs, changover dumbell press 12x10lbs
                      Shoulder Press 12x30lbs,10x40lbs,8x50lbs,6x60lbs,12x40lbs changeover Front raises 12x20lbs
                      Behind lat Pulldowns 12x40lbs,10x50lbs,8x60lbs,6x60lbs,12x40lbs Bentover lower back extensions 12x40lbs

                      Good workout WOOHOO my body is Pumped

                            Yup ALl better feels good to run again I am not Pushing it I wanna be 100% for sure before I start to run the Long runs again. I will be doing 10 Miles on Sunday But, to me that's not too long HE HE

                            Excellent Everyone I just Finished My LBW WOOHOO it was Brutal LOL.

                            Workout went as follows.

                            Lunges 12x0lbs,10x20lbs,8x30lbs,6x40lbs,12x20lbs, changeover Ball Squats 12x20lbs
                            Stiff legged Deadlifts 12x90lbs,10x100lbs,8x110lbs,6x120lbs,12x90lbs, no change 12x90lbs
                            Standing Calf Raises 12x70lbs,10x80lbs,8x90lbs,6x100lbs,12x80lbs no change 12x90lbs
                            Ball Sit Ups 6 sets of 15 reps YOWEY nastie.

                            My legs are like Jellow I can hardly stand to walk they are soooo wabbley but, it's all good.

                              DIDn't do the 10 GRRR Not feeling totaly perfect yet Just finished My cardio session I was pretty impressed I ran a Pace of 20 minutes 12 minute mile 10 minute per mile for 30 minutes and 9 minute mile for 10 minutes I ran a total of 60 minutes and went 6 miles or so WOOHOO rockin baby. Walked .5 for a total of 6.5 miles for today
