AWWW thanks all look at all my suppoert this is why I come here over and over, well everyone I am On Antibiotics YUP sucks but, I have an infection in my ovary I had been having pain there but just wasn't too bad for about a week. Then yesterday after I ran must have jiggl;ed everything just right and well I must say it's a good thing I went in at elast that's what the doc said. I don't feel so bad today and I ahve had cysts before but, never had one get infected. SO I am off today Just resting I promise and hopefully the Drugs will kick in and I feel a whole lot better. Oh, and the doc said it wasn't from my training so that's another bonus he also said so long as I feel better I should be able to run YUP I am sick.

I just finished my run and oh my lord I am sooo tired GOD, I think it's the PRe TOM Hormones I am dragging my but, but nobody can say I didn't do it 9 miles and I want a nap it seemed like it took forever.

HMM I didn't do much for the Kiddos but, I did get to run it was Horrendous yesterday EEk. Today was such a great run I went 8 miles before I even knew it I was just running my little heard out and I looked at my pedometer and I was like HOLLY **** and I had run over 8 miles WOW 90 minutes. I try to go more by time then distance so either way I went for 90 WOOHOO. I am on fire today pre TOM and everything I am sooo Proud of myself today. I could have just gave it a half assed go But I gave it to the treadmill cranked her up and let er Buck WOOHOO. OH OH did I tell ya I'm probably getting my new Tredmill next Month WOOOHOO just before Christmas I am sooo increadibly excited I can't tell you all. OH OH and I got a new MP3 player today which kicks but, it's louder and holds more tunes so I really got inot the workout today.

Great Running Day today Got to try out my new shoes it was excellent they are sooo springy they have the spring A3 cusioning with Adiprene in the forefoot. OHHH Heaven. I was kinda worried after the first 10 minutes my heals started hurting I was like Oh, crap these shoes are gunna hurt my feet OH NO. SO I ran it out another 5 and It was perfect like my feet had to adjust to the new shoe or something. I felt like I could run harder and faster it was amazing. I went over 5 miles in 60 minute. 5.5 miles WOOHOO and then walked for 10 minutes. I was running at a pretty good click today and am sooo Proud or that.
Any how Next week is slow down Week so tomorrow is only 6 miles and I have 3 rest days Before I bump up next Sundays run to 16 miles WOW. That's gunna be killer. SO this week I'll be doing some weight training on the days I don't run which I have been slacking on I will admit it. My weights in the basement are all covered in my husbands stuff from changing out our furnace and the old furnace is ontop of everything. I can't move it so I am a lot grumpy at least I ahve the click Dumbells and my ball I can work everything out with those.

So today is weight training for my Drop week I usually do a long run but not today. I run Monday, Wednesday, Friday And then Start out the next week on Sunday with 16 miles YA BABY. SO today I'll be lifting weights I gotta do somehting to get these darn inches and pounds moving everything seems to be at a standstill and I am frusturated with my lack of inch progress lately.
I know I know my body is resting.

I went 6 miles and a bit 75 minutes of running. The I did 4 minutes of continuous lunges and leg extensions, leg pulls, and deadlifts so can you say my legs are like jello I sure can.

Running day today I feel soo lazy casue of the milage drop man I feel like I have hardly done a thing. I am sooo tired from TOM, so I guess it's a good thing but, I feel lazy LOL.
SO today is 4 miles then tomorrow is 4 and friday is a rest day then 4 on Saturday before my 16 miles YAY!!!

YUPPERS did my 4 miles on an incline of 1 ran 50 minutes and walked 10 minutes Sunday is comming on Fast I will be running for over 3 hours can you belive it it, amazes me I am sooo Proud of how well I am doing.
SO I am off to lift weights now I think that it will be killer.

I did weight training it kicked my *** I did it for 50 minutes chest Triceps Abs WOW I am hurting but, it's all good I ahve to get my other dumbells from under the stairs got put there when we were changing out the furncae. They are click weight changes so really great and go from 5 to 25 pounds perfect for Dumbell work

Had a great day Did my run Ran over 4.5 miles WOOHOO for me in my newest pair of RUNNERS man they totally ROCK LOVE LOVE LOVE then I have 3 pairs now to alternate and break in which is good I won't have to worry about buying shoes for at least 2 months ROFL. HA HA.
I also liftes weights today which was excellent did back and Biceps which was hard but, I love the feel of my muscles pumping also really like looking at the definition in them when I am lifting heavy they POP out and look sooo HOT.
Any how Just wanted to Post and show off my Workout gear HE HE.

So today I did circut training of my own kind LOL danced did tae BO moves etc it was a 50 minute workout my legs were vibrating along with the rest of me AWESOME. Gotta love days like this it was killer. I feel good and I realized something today not that I am lighter I am soo much lighter on my feet my balacne is soo increadible. I remember trying to do teh punches and kicks when I was heavier it's so easy now which is awesome my Balance is amazing and I can kick really high. I am gunna feel this in my hip flexors tomorrow hope it doesn't screw with my run. I will probably get down on the treadmill around 9 am to be done by Lunch time.
