    I had an easy run today went 7.5 miles in my 1 hour 30 minutes and walked .5 miles everything is really working well right now I think I needed to cool my jets for a bit to recooperate. Thanks for all your support.

        Thanks sooo Much Analog that is a wonderful thing to say and U totally made my entire day.

        Running High intensity 20 minutes warm up 5.2 MPH then went up every 5 minutes till I was at a level of running 8.1 MPH on my treadmill, Walked 10 minutes at 3.5 MPH.

        I just did my workout here I'll tell ya what I did.
        Biceps curls, 40lbsx12 reps, 50lbsx10 reps, 60lbsx8 reps, 70lbsx 6 reps,
        50 lbsx 12 reps changover hammer curls 15 lbsx12 reps

        Tricep Pull Downs, 40lbsx12 reps, 50lbsx10 reps, 60lbsx8 reps, 70lbsx 6 reps,
        50 lbsx 12 reps changover tricep extensions 40lbsx12 reps

        Upright Rows, 30lbsx12 reps, 40lbsx10 reps, 50lbsx8 reps, 60lbsx6 reps,
        50 lbsx12 reps changover shoulder shrugs 50lbsx12 reps

        Overhead Chest Pulls, 20lbsx12 reps, 20lbsx10 reps, 30lbsx8 reps, 30lbsx6 reps, 20lbsx12 reps, Changeover chest flies 30lbsx12 reps

        Behind Lat Pulls, 30lbsx12 reps, 40lbsx10 reps, 50lbsx8 reps, 60lbsx6 reps,
        50 lbsx12 reps changeover Front Lat Pulls 30lbsx12 reps

        So that's what I did today. AHHH feels GOOD.

            Man I was sick for 2 day EWW nothing worse then feeling like ca ca. SO I am back at it today after the 2 days ran 63 minutes did 6 miles total of 6.5 miles with the cool down. Felt pretty good a little bit fatigued from everything but, all in all I had a great run. Hopefully after Christmas I can start pumping out some big miles again.

              OH, man Christmas is sooo extremely Busy I have been literally running my but off just trying to get stuff done EEEK. Today is a little bit quieter but, I am stressed I have expences that I didn't expect now I am Broke as all heck and Man the stress is so high. I had a nice little bit stashed for just in case well it's all gone GRRRR. I had to buy 2 pairs of Glasses my daughter who is 6 had to get glasses and my Son scratched a lens on mine Oh my then hu=bbies truck Broke down 200 bucks and we thought it was fixed and well lets just say it's not so the stress mounts don't know what the heck is going on all I know is I need to run off some stress which I am going to do as soon as my Son wakes up.

                I ran today between shopping and everything MAN I needed that TOM fast approaching I feel like a whale and I am soo poochy. SO I ran 5.8 miles 60 minutes and walked 10 minutes man my training has taken a slide but, I am sure to pick it up after everything that will be fab.

                  Ok I totally missed my last run I ran 6.2 miles in 59.09 woohoo fastest time I have ever done it was awesome. I have had a few days off now cause of Chritmas I am very refreshed to start up again. I have ordered some proformance tea which is supposed to help Asthmatics so I am excited to get it in the next 2 weeks or so WOOHOO. I'll let you all know how it goes. I can sip it while I run to prevent exercise induced Asthma.

                  I will be running today Gunna get my stuff on and get ready to go I am excited for my rush of the day WOOOHOO.

                    I just keep going and going but, when you ahve goals you just gotta do it. SO today I amazed myself running 10 miles in 1 hour 50 minutes never done that before WOOHOO for me. My total milage including walking was 10.6 so I am really pleased with myself today and how I have reallycome along. Hoping for a bit run this Sunday.

                      Finished my 18 miles went really Great WOOHOO 18 in 3 hours and 21 minutes YAY me. I done great that's going a bit faster then 5 MPH YAY me. I burned Over 2200 calories altogether I was on the treadmill for 3 hours 40 minutes and went over 19 miles WOOOHOO!!!!

                        So here I am sooo sore I just couldn't get too much done and Very tired was out till 2am slept only till 8 so I am baked ready for bed right now it's 9pm. I am doing my First Body for life lifting workout tomorrow to go along with my training and to get my body to shrinking agin so here's to a great upper body workout tomorrow.

                        Today was a serious rest day

                        Oh, and this is my 100th POST woohoo how cool.

                          Oh My I have Missed a few Day Dear me I am still doing really well, I did my Upper Body workout on Monday WOW I am out of it LOL. Tuesday I was Sore but, I ran for 1 hour 5.5 miles Today was Evil Leg day and also Cardio I ran 1 hour and also lifted weights for legs.

                          Wokrout went as Follows.

                          Lunges 12xnw,10x10lbs,8x15lbs,6x20lbs,12xnw changeover Leg Extensions 12x50lbs
                          Stiff Legged Deadlifts 12x50lbs,10x60lbs,8x70lbs,6x80lbs,12x60lbs, no change 12x16lbs
                          Standing Calf Raises 12x50lbs,10x60lbs,8x70lbs,6x80lbs,12x60lbs changeover seated Calf Raises 12x60lbs
                          Weighted cable ab pulls with Obleques, 12x30lbs,10x40lbs,8x50lbs,6x60lbs,12x40lbs no changeover 12x40lbs

                          My legs are Killing me Nastie and Sore but, it's all good. I also did 1 hour of cardio today along with everything went 5.2 miles not too far but, I am still not feeling 100%

                              I walked today I managed to hurt my back while sleeping LOL. Funny how that works I have never had an injury when I am exercising but, I have had a few whil walking to the car LOL tripped on a rock and sprained my ankle now that made me feel stupid and today rolled outta bed to a sore back HMMM.

                              Well at least I did something not too impressed right now I wanted to run but, with the incline I got one heck of a workout.

                                I did Upper Body weight training yesterday evening I am glad I did it But, it seems running will be out till my back is back to normal. I hope I don't lose all that I have worked so hard to achieve. I am working hand in hand with my Sports Phsical/Personal Trainer who is recommending I take some time off running but, I walk instead. And also I am seeing him for treatment as he is also a Chritopractor. My Back is feeling about 50% better then yesterday since seeing him today so long as I rest I should be feeling pretty good tomorrow.
