      Good !
      i am planning to go for a longer time/distance today but i just itch to speed up things
      when i am doing 6 mph i want to do 7 or 8..it seems boring on a lower speed..but well i have to do it .

        YA when you have speeded it up before it's an extreme adrenaline rush. Slowly increase thet time of your runs and slowly increase the time of your speed runs that way you will be running farther and faster. Intervals are awesome for that.

          I did My workout got to go heavier then usual Cause I had a spotter today WOOHOO.

          This is How the workout went.

          Tricep Dips Dropset 10xBW,10xBW,8xBW,8xBW (no rest between sets)
          Seated Machine Flies Dropset 10x80lbs,8x70lbs,7x60lbs,6x50lbs (no rest between sets)
          Tricep Kick Backs 8x25lbs,8x25lbs,8x25lbs,8x25lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
          Barbell Bench Press 8x60lbs,7x60lbs,6x60lbs,5x60lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
          Tricep cable Pulls 12x80lbs,10x80lbs,10x80lbs,10x80lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
          Decine Bench Push Ups 10xBW,10xBW,10xBW,10xBW (1 minute rest between sets.

          I ran 5.5 Kms in 30 minutes right after I did that so I was running pretty fast that works out to about 6.8 MPH which totally rock I was cruisin and the entire run was a breeze. I could ahve ran and ran today WOOHOO. I love days like today.

            Today I did my run inside now you have to realize I DID NOT WANT TO DO IT!!!! I was trying to make excuse after excuse on how I deserved a rest being sooo sore, but there is no excuse good enough to keep me from doing it so I did it. I ran Approximately 7 miles not sure how long I went it was over 1 hour and I sweated up a storm. I feel soo increadible proud today for doing it when I didn't want to at all I was feeling lazy tired sore and NOPE DIDN"T want to but, I did it I did it I did it WOOHOOO!!!

              K I just finished my workout I am still very sore from my last Upper body so it was hard and I couldn't lift as heavy.

              This is How it went.

              Standing Cable Curls Dropset 10x80lbs,8x70lbs,8x60lbs,8x50lbs (no rest between sets)
              Seated Rows Dropset 12x100lbs,10x120lbs,10x110lbs,8x100lbs (no rest between sets)
              Standing Front Cable curls 10x70lbs,8x70lbs,8x70lbs,8x70lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
              Reverse Flies 10x15lbs,10x15lbs,10x15lbs,10x15lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
              Dumbell Curls 10x20lbs,10x20lbs,7x20lbs,7x20lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
              Behind Neck Pull Down 8x60lbs,8x60lbs,7x60lbs,7x60lbs (1 minute rest between sets)

              It was a great workout my upper body is sore and I feel it where I want to feel it so it's all good.

                My legs are sore I ran outside was going a pretty good click. My oldest was riding her Bike with me and I ran till she was Poopered HE HE lol. I tuckered her out and I could of went longer ROFL too funny they are suppose to wear me out.

                So tomorrow I have to do my Weights today was sooo nuts I didn't have time and I might be lucky if I have time next week on Monday tuesday and Thursday I will have 7-8 kids here at all times from morning till 5 at night if that doesn't wear a gal out then Man I don't know what will. I am dreading it but, I will make some coin which is always good and also it's for a dear friend who needs my help so I want to help her.

                SO any how that all got dropped on my head today. I really didn't want to look after so many kids at Once all 6 and Under but there is nothing I can do about it. I Know I am gunna be stressed and tired and Probbaly a little cranky cause of TOM on my door next week. HMMM good timing. Bitchzilla is gunna be looking after the kids OH OH. lol

                SO send me lots of love and thoguhts for Next week I most likely WOn't be online cuase of it But, I will be thinking of you.

                  I worked out today Aren't I awesome. I did HIIT for 30 minutes rean 6 MPH for 30 minute went from 6-8 MPH for 30 so I did an Hour felt like 2 I was red swety and my legs were screaming at me AHHHH. LOL It's all good though. I walked for 10 minutes after. My Cardio system is getting so good My heart rate even at high intensity hiit I feel like I am gunna fall over an my HR oly got to 167 couldn't get it higher HMMM weird.

                  So I did weights tonight a Quickie 20 minutes I did Supersets they were very hard I did them for Shoulders and Abs. I don't know how many reps I did but, I went till I could lift one more time and I did 2 sets so I am happy with that for today. Even if I can fit that in for the next few days I will be really happy.

                  I better run take care all.

                        Ok, I got my legs all done WOOHOO you know I just can't find enough exercises for my legs adn I am getting really Board with what I am doing for my legs.

                        So this is how it went.

                            got my run in today and I was going not too bad well I couldn't get my HR over 160 no matter how hard I pumped it I went 6 miles in 70 minutes and was on an incline of between 1.5 and 7 I dunno my Cardio vascular is getting reall really strong right now it's soooo increadible. And another thing I am noticing is when I am running I am sweating 10x as much is this like an adaptation to exercise the ability for me to cool myself off is getting better????

                            I dunno maybe I am Weird.

                                7.2 miles in today for Sarah Took 90 minutes PHEW I think walked for 10 minutes and went down and Lifed weights for 45 minutes 145 minutes of Exercise TODAY YAY ME!!!
