    9 miles in 1 hour 40 minutes exactly HE HE then I walked for 20 minutes so 2 hours for me today YAY ME!!!

      I just finished my Workout Man it sucked it was very hard I am Sooo baked gunna try to lay down for a bit here. This is How it went.

      Hammer Curl Dropset 9x25lbs,8x20lbs,8x15lbs,10x10lbs ( no rest between sets)
      Behind neck Lat Pulls Dropset 7x70lbs,7x60lbs,7x50lbs,9x40lbs ( no rest between sets)
      Dumbell Curls 8x20lbs,8x20lbs,8x20lbs,8x20lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
      Standing rows 8x70lbs,8x70lbs,8x70lbs,8x70lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
      Incline Dumbell Hammer Curls 10x10lbs,10x10lbs,10x10lbs,10x10lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
      Bent over rows 10x100lbs,8x100lbs,8x100lbs,8x100lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)

      K I am done gunna go lay down I think.

        I got my Cardio in for today WOOHOO 1 hour.......45 minutes HIIT and 15 minutes Recovery Walk went 4.2 miles in 45 minutes then another .8 in 15 minutes so I went 5 miles in 1 hour Cool Deal.

        My Shoulder is really sore where I got my needle it's actually Aching and I am really feeling how sore it is after my run. I may be lifting light on the shoulders today casue of that. This happens evey now and again just got the Muscle fibers he said cause my Muscles are so Dence now that I may have swelling and a bit of aching i the muscles more now DAMN well at least it's only 1 time per month right. Goodness. At least I got my Cardio in I have run so far this week 20 miles and I still ahve tomorrows Big run YAY.

          12 miles in 2:20 I am sooo waisted my legs are really sore so that's 160 minutes of PURE exercise for me today I am DONE for today I think HE HE

            Just Got Done My Exercise for today 30 minutes not very Long But, I changed up my Routine so I don't Burn out as I increase my Milage.

            QUADS

            Lunges 30x30lbs,30x30lbs,30x30lbs,30x30lbs ( 45 seconds between Sets)
            Squats 15x90lbs,15x90lbs,15x90lbs,15x90lbs ( 45 seconds Between Sets)
            Leg Extensions 15x70lbs,15x60lbs,15x60lbs,15x60lbs (45 seconds between sets)

            I feel the Burn in my Legs all in all a good workout I plan on running 3 miles outside today WOOOHOOO

              Hello Got in my Run outside I am sooo Impressed with myself I ran 7 miles in 1 hour and 8 minutes HOLLY crappers WOOHOOO for me I was really Pushing I can't belive I ran that fast outside no less, the time flew I am really gunna go well on my Halfer. Now all I have left to do today is Chest and I am good to go YAY ME!!!!!

                I Did my Chest Yesterday DIDN't post it BAD ME but I did do it it's been sooo busy I can't tell ya I hate the Business of the last week it's nuts.

                Chest Pull overs 15x20lbs,15x20lbs,15x20lbs,15x20lbs ( 45 seconds between sets)
                Bench Press 15x40lbs,15x40lbs,15x40lbs,15x40lbs ( 45seconds rest between sest)
                Machine Flies 15x40lbs,15x40lbs,15x40lbs,15x40lbs ( 45 seconds between sets)

                All I can say is MAN alive that was Brital I am sore from that today the Higher reps really burn the Muscle right out NASTIE.

                Today Is Hamstrings my legs are still sore from Quads OH OH ROFL

                  I'm sooo tired I did exercise Did my Hamstrings and Triceps today AHHHH Glad to be done that. My Thyroid meds got changed again GAWD I am baked I hate when it gets changed cause I just wanna sleep.

                  So I did this today.

                  Ham curls 4 sets 15 reps 20 lbs
                  Stiff legged Deadlifts 4 sets 15 reps 100lbs
                  Decline Pelvic Tilts 4 sets 15 reps BW

                  Overhead Tricep Extensions 4 sets 15 reps 15 lbs
                  Tricep Kick Backs 4 sets 15 reps 10lbs
                  Triep Press 4 sets 15 reps 60 lbs

                  Done for today YAY ME!!

                    I ran my 14 miles outside today so I know I can do the Halfer I ran the Whole thing in 2 hours 40 minutes no speed record but, I still feel Fabulous and Excited about completing it WOOHOOO for me, it's sooo exciting to know I can do it. No record breaking but, WELL DONE ME!!!!

                    I feel somewhat sick though right now I have Indigestions from **** it's nastie I burned off over 1800 calories today HMMM could that be why Most likely.

                          HI, it's me the sickie yup another Hit in the Face I swear this really sucks. I saw Cam came and tried to explain it HE HE Men he, doesn't know what's going on and I was half outta it trying to explain to him ROFL. So I have Gastritis caused by my Pernicious Anemia I guess it's pretty common cause I am missing the Insintric Factor now my Immune system is attacking my stomach lining. There is not much they can do I just have to rest so I won't be exercising What a bummer. Of course the first thing I ask the doc is if I can run my Halfer lol. He said in a week I should be good to go adn I am not to do anything for 3 days then light running and weights. My tummy Hurts like **** but, he said it should resolve in a week or so Damn Body why doesn't it just be healthy.

                          I got a really awesome compliment from the doc last night he was asking all sorts of Questions DA DA I told him how much weight I had lost he was telling everyone and Told me how great I looked and also was very impressed with my Arms.. what is it about my Biceps. SO he chatted with me quite a lot about my running and stuff and was really interested I think he was flirting a bit. BAD DOC BAD... He was kinda older sexy so it was all right with me HE HE.

                          I got an IV yuck and meds and a Huge Bruise on my hand LOVELY but, other then that I am doing all right. I wanted to pop in here it's 1pm and I never am this long before I post at least once. Well I better go lay down or HUBBY is gunna kick my ARS.

                            So I feel Pretty good and Ran for a 30 minute interval run it was good didn't feel really like I was pushing but, I don't wanna tax my body and end up sicker so I am taking it slow again and Hope my body can heal itself. It just feels good to be doing it again what a great way to start the day.

                              Morning all just a few more days and I should be back to it got another Blood test today and I should be good with the Progress I ahve been making lately. I have only HMMM 3 weeks till my halfer and I got hit Hard again but,I will bounce back as I always do and this Halfer is gunna really show how much determination and persiverance I ahve, even know I have chronic health problems and such I keep trying I never give up and I am sooo PROUD of that and I should be.

                              Here's to a great outcome today and to running again on Monday
