    Good Morning!

    RIU is DONE for today. I got up at 5 and did it, because my schedule's been so insane lately. I feel great now, we'll see what effect five hours of sleep has on me later!

      Anna: Five hours of sleep is not much but I bet you will feel better all day knowing you got your workout in. It's tough to get up in the morning but it sure is worth it.

      Yoly-Sorry about your school stress.

      RIU done this morning even though I had no desire to get up. It was actually a more effective workout today which was an added bonus. I tried the @$$ crampers with more weight on my arms and did so much better. That was good advice, Brook. I am also going to try your tips for side crunches and see how that goes.

      Tonight is ab work. I am really liking it because it's such a short workout that it is easy to squeeze in even on a hectic day.

          Thanks ladies for understanding, you guys are so great. I woke up early this morning and sat at the edge of my bed trying to convince myself that it was ok to go back to sleep. I knew if I laid down that was it, I would be out and my day is so busy today that I wouldn't be albe to workout later. I got up stumbled over to the bathroom, tripping over stuff with the lights off, of course my eyes were closed anyway. I filled the sink with cold water, knowing it wasn't gonna be pretty and dunked my face in, wake up call! There was no going back to sleep after that. I just finished Burn it Up, 6 pack, and Limber. I feel good, but am also running on 5 hours of sleep today, I don't expect to get to bed before midnight tonite so I'll let you guys know later how I'm holding up. Damn, now I remember why I used to eat sugar, lol. Oh well, green tea should have the same effect, I'm gonna go have some now, then shower.

          My day is timed out to the minute. I have somewhere to be at 8:15, then 9:00, then 9:15, it's like that all day until 9:30 p.m. I can't wait until next week when this is all over. Sigh, one more semester and I'm finished with my bachelors, lol, then you guys get to hear me moan and groan for 4 more years as I work on my masters and doctorate. Oh the woas of a college student. Can you tell I'm having a pity party over here? lol

            You ladies are doing so great, and I'm very proud of all of you. ITS OK TO TAKE A REST DAY!!!! Really, it is o.k.

            I measured myself quickly the other morning. OMG, I can't believe the inches I've lost in just 11 workouts. This really does work!!! The scale says the same weight, but I don't care.

            Keep up the great work everybody!

                FloydGirl-Losing inches is a big deal. That is great news!

                Yoly-Good job on getting up and bonding with Debbie even when you didn't want to. A lot of days it is a workout just to get out of bed so you get extra credit for your efforts.

                  Well, I've been lurking for a while...and thanks to my Atkins Angel I have RIP and Slim in 6 pack. Thank you my Angel!!

                  I have been very nervous about starting this since I haven't been exercising at all. Surprisingly, I did a lot better than I thought...and found out the meaning of *sscrampers! LOL I found that doing the left leg made my right side cramp and vice-versa. Is that right?

                  I hope that I will be able to do this workout with this one tape.
                  My son did the 6-pack tape (he's 12) I was afraid to do it for being too sore this morning.

                  I'm sooo syked!

                    Congrats on the inches lost!! It really does happen fast with this workout, doesn't it?!

                    I'm anxious to measure too! I'm seeing a difference around my abs/side hip area (if that makes sense) ! I'm really hoping for some inch loss too!

                                Just finished RIU, used 5lbs weights this time, and it was a bit more challenge, but I surprised myself and didn't have to take a break at all with the extra weights! My arms feel tight! And Barb, no dvd as of yesterday, my mail only gets here around early afternoon, and I'm heading off to Toronto on a business trip tomorrow a.m., so looks like for the next 4 days I will be either using RIU, or the gym! But I will do something, one way or another, even if it means walking the streets of Toronto!
