Sorry Jimmie I didn't see your stair post yet..I will be joining!!! I should trythe pres challenge thing too when I have a chance.
I've been keeping up with my routine, with the exception of last week whe I only worked out 2 days.
I've been running 3 to 4 days a week, for 1.5 miles. 20 mins of pilates 3x week and the gym 4x a week, both weights and stairmaster. Good to see eeveryone else is still going!

You know, people have suggested I hang my bycicle from the ceiling before now; but an exercise ball... too funny!
Next time I place an order from nAmazon or Ebay...I promise!
