Sarah was tearing up the treadmill had to relive some stress hubby isn't home so I can't do that and I also have extras or maybe I would do something elese HE HE. SO I got on the treadmill instead and ran for 1.5 hours and went 7.3 miles YAY me that's a good way to relive stress now I am too tired to be stressed. OH GOODNESS. My body is screaming at me it's sooo increadibly sore OUCH my chest feels like someone stepped on it and my Triceps well let me just say lifting my arms above my head is bad ROFL. HE HE, well that's what I get.
OK gotta go take my Vitamins.

Dumbell Presses (40lb X 3 sets of 12)
Bent Over Rows (40lb, 50lb, 40lb set of 12)
Dumbell Hammer Curls (20lb X 3 sets of 12)
Tricep Extensions (20lb X 3 sets of 12)
Upright Rows (20lb X 3 sets of 12)
I feel great, upped some of the weight and didn't do too badly. Feel the burn baby!
OMG Jas that almost sounds Perverted HE HE I like it oh baby Hurt me sooo good, yup you are gunna be sore tomorrow too bad it wasn't from hard core..........I'll keave that to your imagination.
