      awww thanks Jen! Hugs to you too.

      Okay...I'm sitting here typing, panting and sweating.

      I did lower body 32 lbs 3 sets of 12 reps on each:
      Quads: Forward lunges
      Hams: Dead lift
      Calves: calf raises
      hip adductors: plies

      Then, because i was feeling guilty, I did 15 minutes on the elliptical

      I still have to do abs, but I've got to catch my breath first.

              Sarah was tearing up the treadmill had to relive some stress hubby isn't home so I can't do that and I also have extras or maybe I would do something elese HE HE. SO I got on the treadmill instead and ran for 1.5 hours and went 7.3 miles YAY me that's a good way to relive stress now I am too tired to be stressed. OH GOODNESS. My body is screaming at me it's sooo increadibly sore OUCH my chest feels like someone stepped on it and my Triceps well let me just say lifting my arms above my head is bad ROFL. HE HE, well that's what I get.

              OK gotta go take my Vitamins.

                  I did upper body last night like I said I would. I did Curves this morning - totally punished myself but you'll have to skip to my journal for the run down on that whole deal. I'll post the saga in just a sec over there

                    Guinea Pig Workout: (DONE)
                    UPPER/WEIGHTS/ONE MINUTE REST BETWEEN SETS
                    Dumbell Presses (40lb X 3 sets of 12)
                    Bent Over Rows (40lb, 50lb, 40lb set of 12)
                    Dumbell Hammer Curls (20lb X 3 sets of 12)
                    Tricep Extensions (20lb X 3 sets of 12)
                    Upright Rows (20lb X 3 sets of 12)

                    I feel great, upped some of the weight and didn't do too badly. Feel the burn baby!
