Re: Any 50 year old members out there?? Come on in and say hi
After four weeks on the induction diet, I slipped up a tiny bit last night. I have always had a problem with sleep eating (my wife and daughters have witnessed the "phenomenon" many times, and last night I evidently ate a handful of m & m's my wife left on the kitchen counter and my daughter's Doritos. All while in my sleep.
I feel like crap this morning, physically and . . . psychologically, but I'll get on the horse and start anew today.
(It's **** week in our family, two daughters and a wife all screaming and eating chocolate by the pound.)
And tensions are high.
So
a little self flagellation may be in order.
