Hey guys, how are you all... Doing well here, but I'm still at the 9 lbs lost after 11 days. I'm wondering if I'm eating too much cheese *4 oz a day*, I'm thinking my bod's not liking that too much. Other than that I'm eating what I'm supposed to (maybe less than I'm supposed to actually). Where do you find out about the current correct challenges, I was looking at one, then continued to read and found out that thread was a year ago. And where is this Linda's recipes... sounds interesting, but I'm finding myself lost in some of the other threatds - interesting ones, but way too many lol... Have a great day all. Debi

I plan to stay on Induction for another few weeks- I like it! It gives me a sense of control when I was WAY out of control all summer-

. I had a good talking to myself the other night and decided it was harder to loose but if I don't I loose anyway because each additional pound I carry around is a shorter life.
So I need more sleep and I have to go to work for 10 more hours today-Being tired is NOT good for controlling your food urges! Drinking lots of water-
Have not done my regular exercise routine, but I will get back to it as soon as the month ends (work is crazy at month end).



Thanks Carol for that comment on today and forward- I do the same thing- look at what I did and then screwed it up-
