Didn't get a chance to post all weekend.. My statistics class is kickin my butt.. Gotta keep that GPA up!
I did well all weekend.. No cheating.. and No weighing. I've decided to stop weighing every day.. and do it may only on Tues, Thurs and Sat.
I didn't get to the gym this weekend but I walked 2 miles on the treadmill 4 days last week and hit all of the weight machines. I plan to do the same again this week but also plan to go either Sat or Sun too if not both days. It's freezing in Dallas for the next couple of days.. hate to get out and do anything.
Freezing to me is anything below 40 degrees...lol I HATE COLD WEATHER!
Are we going to post our weight loss to 2Big on certain days?
not to me. Somebody suggested revisising the post on Thursday weigh in program already on the board. but scale weight changes are not important. you will get so frustrated if you except a change and don't see it. Y'all are all going to be adding lean body tissues as you burn off the fat body tisses doing your mandatory exericse part of your Atkins while eating Atkins. A gropu of normal weight guys were studied eating Atkins vs those still eating the high carb low fat USDA program. guess what those guys lost body fat and gained 2% lean body muscle weight in 6 weeks and did absolutly notning but change their foods! so just imagine how well you will do exercising and eating Atkins. those inches will be melting off.
NEW WEEK and NEW INDUCTION FOR me...after battling a horrible cold/cough thing and taking meds that blew me off the induction wagon
im going forward. I can drink my water again and get to the gym now
that i am walking around with much less of a cough and sniffle now. Hate colds,,,,,i tend to get one bad one a year, hope this was it.
So this is now day 2 of my clean induction.........
Back to the gym
and now im gonna blow off some pounds

I have been very very good, avoiding every tempting thing that passes me. Today I had that darn tooth pulled and I am in so much pain I had tuna salad for lunch. Now I just have to figure what I can bring to work for lunch tommorrow.

I was wondering myself where the rest of the group was. 2big, I like the idea of homework assignments, even if it is to just report how much water you are drinking or how much exercise you got over the last week. I did report on the Thursday weigh in. I hope to be reporting a bigger loss next week, as I can tell my pants are fitting weird, but the loss hasn't shown up on the scale yet. Come on--Team 3, check in. How are ya?
I'm here, still on track, but just barely. With my job, I'm hanging on by my fingernails. I'm eating ok, but not exercising the way that I should (I know 2Big...stop shouting!) So, my new week's resolution is to get back into the exercise mode. I'll keep you posted!

Hi, everyone! Doitnow- you forgot me!!! I'm still here, and doing fine. I had one slip yesterday (I won't say what it was) but got right back on track which is a great improvement for me. I used to be one of those "I'already blew it, so might as well have......." people. I'm being especially careful today.
