      Definately we should keep the exercise minutes, despite my work schedule, I'd say half my exercise was done because I felt like I had made a commitment to all of you.

            I don't know if I posted it earlier. I lost that 0.6. I am down to a solid 198 now.

            I can't figure out why I am losing so slowly. I know I have trouble with getting enough food in during the day so I eat more late at night. Is that a big culprit?

              Night eating can be a problem for a lot of people, you may be one of them. Make a concious effort for 4 weeks to get more to eat earlier and spread it out throughout the day a bit more.

                Man, last night was horrible! I wasn't even hungry until I took my sleep medicine and then about an hour later I was starving! I have to take two doses because it has a short half-life so I take my first dose at 8 and then I sit and do my TV watching and computering/studing because I am not supposed to be up and around. But around 9 o'clock, I got soooo hungry I finally ate a cup of chicken broth with two big chunks of boiled chicken thigh in it. I guess that would be the lesser of any evils I could do. I might have to eat a snack exactly at 8 so I won't eat after that. Is 8 too late?

                  I eat whenever I get hungry (no matter what time it is). I've found if I don't that it makes me want to binge on bad things like sugary cereal or toast with jelly, etc..

                          Roger, if I walked somewhere outside right now, I'm quite sure I'd slip into some snowy embankment. LOL!! I will safely stick with Leslie for now.

                            Congrats on those 4 pounds Sarah. I'm right behind you getting to Twoville!

                            I lost 7.4 pounds this week!! That's the most I've ever lost in one week, including induction. I was super excited. That puts me at 310.2 pounds. Don't know if I'll make the challenge goal but I'm gonna give it all I got!
