        Thank you Sarah, Liz, Roger, Chick, and Porcelain. I know I've said it many times before but I have to say it again, YOUR SUPPORT MEANS MORE THAN YOU COULD KNOW!!

        Chick, how weird that you said that...I've been getting that comment a lot (that I look younger). I like it!!

        Porcelain, I used to could not wear the shirt and just happened to try it on. That happened with some pants too. I thought they were still too little for me but when I tried them on they were baggy. Yay!!

            Eating was not good today. Not good *sigh* Somebody please slap me, shake me, kick me, do whatever you have to do to knock some sense back into me.

              LIZ!! KNOCK IT OFF, YOU HAVE BEEN KICKING BUTT, FEELING BETTER AND LOSING WEIGHT. NO FOOD PROVIDES REAL COMFORT!! THE MISERY AFTER 15 MINUTES OF MILD PLEASURE (W/ GUILT) ISN'T WORTH IT.

              1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
              2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
              3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
              4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                  LOL, I know. I put on some pants today and I asked my husband how they looked and he said "Pitiful" they were so baggy.

                    Eating was not good for me either - all legal stuff but just too much of it. Okay, don't beat yourself up. With all of that exercise you're sure to have burned it off. Just remember your cruise. I keep mini goals in mind....mine being the wedding in September. I don't want to be the only "big bridesmaid". Hang in there!!

                            Thanks Chick, I needed that!

                            Cat, I'm looking forward to the cruise and you'd think that'd be a HUGE motivation. It was and is but for some reason the past week or so I have just been letting little things creep back in. Before you know it those "little" things bring on a rush of cravings and they turn into "big" things!

                            Blue, you are right! The misery is not worth it! I have learned my lesson this week... carbs make me feel guilty, tired, cranky and FAT! I'm cleaning up my act starting NOW! My biggest problem this week has been lunches, due to my poor planning and preparation of meals.

                            Thanks for all of your continued support. Let's ROCK this challenge and see how many pounds we can shed in the remaining week!!

                              Got 60 minutes of very strenuous exercise in last night taking my son to an indoor bouncing playground, I don't think I'm that worn out after 3 hours of martial arts. What I wouldn't do for the energy of a 3 year old.
