    Oh please, VENT away..ITU!! I have two classes to take to finsih up my bachelors..one of them is a Math class that I have failed once and withdrawn from as well-

      It just makes it frustrating and I stopped exercising so much because I had to go to school on most every day that I am off from class and I would come home exhausted. I just don't have any tolerance for teacher who only threaten and is passive aggressive and doesn't teach you anything. I am a grown woman, I know when I am not getting what I paid for.

        Bythree, no problem, I will chance your goal to 30 pounds.

        Porcelain, sounds like a difficult class, especially when the teacher doesn't properly prepare you. I hope you pass the test the first time! Keep us posted.

            Thanks Liz. This is the most poorly run class I have ever been in and I have been in a lot of classes. It has stolen my energy! I am going to start back to swimming this week though. I really miss it.

                100 minutes today (AM - 15 min walk, PM - 15 min walk, 60 min clogging, 50 push-ups, and 60 crunches)

                Somehow my personal counts were off by ten minutes for the last four posts. Thanks Liz for calculating my minutes correctly !

                      What I know:
                      1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
                      2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
                      3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
                      4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.
