        60 minutes today (15 min walk, 20 min walk, 15 min walk, 60 crunches, and 50 squats)

            I don't know if you count gardening and raking, but we have a double lot, and last week I spent 2 1/2 hours of raking the lawn of debris (we have many old branch-dropping trees), prepping the garden area for veggie planting (Yes, last week I did some hoe-ing), weeding, and bundling branches and sticks. I know it's not exactly calesthenics, but it's working. The pounds are dropping.

            I don't think my goal number got changed, but I was going for 30 pounds lost.
            So I think my numbers should now read:

            Kellynew4me2........311.4/300.4/281.4......170/2,500 min.........19 lbs. to goal (11 pounds lost)

                Did another 30 min of walking today but weighed the same as before.


                This is the second time trying Atkins and hopefully this time it will be a permanent life change for me.

                        90 minutes for me today. I met with my trainer and we focused on legs and abs. Great workout!
