:wave hey I'm from Taree near Forster in NSW. I've been on the induction diet bout 3 weeks now.. I admit to loving the decadence of it and even feel guilty bout that at times too.
I was sooooo sceptical about the fat consumption issue...but if I don't eat it I don't lose it, so there you go. So far I have crunched up 10 kilo's and am not complaining at all.
Thank goodness I am a creature of habit... I luuurv my fried cured pigget and eggs for breakfast every day :icondance .. 3 weeks and I still look forward to it every morning... but then I hate cereal sooooooo. :tounge
hope we get heaps more posts in here with plenty of ideas and tips.... Unfortunately we don't have Nando's here where I live..... but does good ole BBQ chicken count?? hope so... I like it with the skin on ...I like it a lot! :icondance
