Kass: Girlfriend.. It is not a failure..... it's a slip.. Remember the saying "FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION". It wasn't for the Apollo and it isn't for us. Just remember your purple DD's in June. It's funny how we get our degrees and then don't use them. Mine is Paralegal.. See, we are alot alike. However, I didn't find out until after graduation that most starting Para's are hired through Temp. agencies. I had all my kids living at home plus we were supporting my stepdaughter and I was too afraid to go for a temp job. How's the gym going?? Keep up your good work.. It is really paying off. We're all going to make the DD's again. You are a strong woman that I admire and you will continue to be.
Thank you Marty...we are alot alike. Very strong and proud women. Hopefullly I'll be as hot as you when I am a granny! LOL

        Hello ladies, just checking in!!!

Kat i want to say good for you to put your foot down when it comes to your brother. My mom enables my sister and it really irritates me, she drinks a lot and has done so much wrong when it comes to my mom but still she will help her every chance she gets.

Well i have been having such a hard time here, ever since saturday with the whole captain d's scenario. Well im on plan today i promise myself that i got to clear this yeast up once and for all. Im going later to get some oil of oregano, because there is no way i can eat plain garlic. I love onions but im not sure if eating them cooked will help to kill of some of that yeast and i also have probiotics here, but im not going to use them until i get this yeast thing under control. I have never been one to take any kind of supplements but i think i will start taking probiotics from now on, they are suppose to help with your digestive tract.

I also want to say thanks for the kind words about my daughter, i think she just had a 24hr stomach bug and she is better. I also ended up getting my hair done yesterday and i love it lol, now if i could just lose about 20lbs lol i would be happy.

Well ladies i hope you all have a great humpday today and i will check in later on to see how you all are doing?

I'm here. I've been reading but not posting. Sorry! I took my brother to my Mom's today (actually she met me half-way). I feel sad and relieved all at the same time. Tonight when I went to take the garbage to the curb I found six 22 oz. Colt bottles (empty). I guess he thought he'd get away with it because he takes out the trash. I really hope he gets better but I can't spend the rest of my life worrying about someone who's main regard is self.

So everyone on track today? It's still snowing here. I've been off work for the last 2 days. I have to go to work tomorrow regardless of the weather. My little girl is not too happy at the thought of spending the day at Camp Pleasant. She wishes I could stay home with her or that she could go to work with me. I wish I'd win the lotto so I could stay home with her.

Although thankfully he kept his other life out of my house.. I have been able to use him as a great example to my DS of what NOT to be.... Remember the old song "sitting on the dock of the Bay"? that's my bro. No excuse.. he's 50 last year. Stay with your heart..

Sher: I have to admit that my Diet Mt. Dew is my downfall. Most people drink their coffee but me... gotta have my Dew. Congrats on your new van.. getting new is always exciting. For me however, it's getting parts for mine..hee hee. I own a 95 Jeep Wrangler and love to take it offroading as much as possible. My DH and I are celebrating our 20th anniversary this Apr. and told him I wanted disconnects for my gift... thought he was going to have a coronary... said he didn't think so. Now i know how guys feel about their cars/trucks...

Glenda: On your way...(so I'm a little outta the way) can you click me to Sunny as well. I'll let you cook and I'll do the cleaning. I really have to be in the mood to cook.

Lisa: I am sorry to hear your daughter is sick. There is nothing worst than a sick child. You feel so helpless. I hope she is on the mend soon.

Pyra: I see that we are right together.. We are going to beat this 160 devil right outta our lives... I know this.

Liz: How was your class tonight??? I like to watch the Biggest Loser when I can get out of Cub Scouts. I haven't had a chance (or remember) it in a long time. I would love to do that show....

Sherri: You sound just like my momma... I knew I should have never told where my martylaine came from.. hee hee... See the difference with me is I "feel" old. And I'll have you know if you ask any of my children how old I am they will tell you 29... NOT 30. I have refused to have birthdays... only anniversaries.. Yes, that is prob. the same skirt. Like Liz, I have a problem with the belly area.. I am down to looking only 4 months preg. now. I am happy that I can again wear the jacket that I wore to my DS wedding in 11-2005.

I hope that everyone is having a wonderful day!!! And an even better one tomorrow.....

Goodnight DG's And Sunny, don't forgot.... Don't overdo!!!! We want you better for Oprah!!!!
I think my brother was driving the car, while I was at work, to get alcohol which ticks me off. Again, I'm relieved he's gone.

              Congrats on your weight loss!!

All is well here Cat. I am so PROUD of you for not letting grass grow under your feet in evicting your brother. I really commend you on that. Tough love is what that is and I know it wasn't easy for you. Keep praying for him that God will heal his heart from the thing he is trying to drown with alcohol and selfishness.

                  Exercise:
                  150 ABS
                  30 Pushups
                  30 minute walk at lunch

                      Hi Ladies,

Just checkin' in with everyone. I had a great day yesterday... got 2 hours in at the gym between Kick and Interval classes. Tonight I am meeting with Tami (she's my kick instructor at the gym). She's going to do a workout with me. I'm excited to see what she has planned. We did it last week and I was SO sore for the next two days.

Congrats on the 17 days cheat free Kass. You're doing great!

Cat those 1.5 pounds will be gone in NO TIME! What an awesome personal achievement...getting out of the obese catergory. Weigh to go!

Hi Ladies, and Happy Valentines Day!!! Just checking in real quick!!! I missed a lot of you yesterday, i hope everyone is doing good. Well today im going to GNC and im going to get a few things, here they are maybe you all can tell me if i need something else, l-glutamine, oil of oregano that is my antifungal, omega 3-6-9, b-complex and a multivitamin, now what exactly do i need to look for for that vitamin, i have some here that i got from melaleuca which is a all natural company, but one of the ingredients in it is fructose, so im sure thats not good, also it has iron, i read somewhere to not take extra iron, see im lost here lol. And i still have the probiotics to take which i have not started yet i want to take those when i get rid of the candida. Ok eneough about that lol. Well i hope you all have a wonderful day today, im going to take my girls out to an early dinner tonight since my hubby has to work tonight.
