    100 ounces water and the elliptical did the trick. Not sure if I can claim it yet but I was dead on 235 this morning! Whoohoo! Pilates and more elliptical today. It is pouring way too hard to walk. Monsoon season has arrived.

      Thanks for the reassurance Chinadoll!

      I've been able to stay on track and keep up with my 3 liters or more of water. No weight loss to report yet. I did get a bit excited, then perplexed, when I saw the scale was down 6 lbs today, but I was pretty sure it was just a bit of a glitch in my scale. I reweighed myself 2 more times after that and was at my posted CW, so yeah, glitch! I almost got excited thinking the whooshie fairy stopped by! LOL!

        Cheer up Chynna, usually after I get a glimpse like that something happens within a couple of days. Maybe it will work for you too.
        --scale has remained glued and didn't hop back up-- now on to the next pound!

            Still 235 but had a good day. 100 ounces water, 4 miles walking and a tough hour of pilates on the bosu.

              Just checking in. I planned on posting yesterday but I had internet issues.

              I have been pretty good with my water for the last few days. I did not get much exercise yesterday but I was very sore from the day before (my food show). I was on my feet the entire day and running around like a crazy women. My shins still hurt as does my pelvis & low back.

              Today I plan on taking my GSD to the park for a nice walk and some training. Also I will play Wii sports for an hour. I will try to drink 120 oz of water.

              3 more days and we are done! My final weigh in is Friday.

                Julie, I am keeping my fingers crossed for you that you make Onederland this week! I got a terrific surprise this morning. Got on the scale and I was at 233. I made goal for this challenge! Woohoo! I figured I would be one pound short but for some reason I dropped 2 since my last weigh in. No complaints here. Water a little short yesterday (only about 85 ounces) but I did a good workout on the elliptical. That's 2x I had a drop after an elliptical workout--maybe I should be doing it 7 days a week. LOL

                  Checking in real quick!

                  Food... on track. Water.... getting in at least my 3 liters a day!. Weight... no loss yet. :/

                    Excellent news Chinadoll. I weighed in Sunday morning and was up a little. Still bloated. So I did not make my goal. Now I am sick again. Stuffy head, cough, feel like crud....
