About sweets, it's just so weird, we don't crave anymore. I made pork rib ends in the crock tonight, and told my husband I didn't want to add bbq sauce - last time I had it, I didn't like it...I used to LOVE bbq sauce. So instead, we had mashed cauliflower and just put the pulled pork on top...it was so good, we were both raving [and surprised]. It wasn't very pretty - not much color - but it was really good!

I use the Atkins bars for this weakness. Varying opinions on these, but I do have them now and again. The craving has definitely diminished, which is cool.
