Tomorrow...with the trauma of what to do with the list I forgot to congatulate you on the 5 pounds down!

Did you notice that Val and I have a goal of 150 and you at 149!

Way to go on the loss! I didn't notice the goal, but that's cool! I like your idea. Make it so #1.

whatever you decide is good, main forum sounds great either way though!

Yeah, we all have the same goal! I gotta tel you though, I probably have 10 more than I think I do to go, my scale weighs 10 lighter than any dr's scale! So in all it will have to be 67 instead of 57 pounds, I hope to lose it all by mid december. Thinking 10 per month.

I tried to work out this am, OMG! The nurses were right when I was in the hospital, it will def take me a year to bounce back from months of bedrest, anemia, and c-sectuion, not to mention the sedentary-ness of the winter home with the baby! I am so out of shape, I could hardly do any of the exercised I used to do! But I feel great, the stretches were worth it!! I am going o just do what I can until I gain some strength back, take a walk tonight and see how far my walking goal will be! Ok, back to the books, Great job on the 5 pounds Tomorrow, and the 2 Elsie!!!

Welcome TK! Congrats on the 100 pound lose last time and way to go on getting back to Atkins while you only need to lose 20 pounds.

Val...150 is a great first goal! At 5' I am still going to be considered overweight at 150. I just picked that because I thought that it was a reasonable goal for my age..I am not going to complain if I ever surpass my goal....LOL!

Okay...I guess we can start the new list in the main forum tomorrow.

Oh today is going pretty good so far. I had some "feelings" after lunch that I'm blaming on the whipped cream cheese with chives, so I had a shot of my new best friend L-Glucamine and I'm feeling much better now. I took half a scoop instead of a whole one because I didn't want to have that "full" feeling, I just needed something to take the edge off...and it did!

I feel like I've been given my mutant super power!

That is good Tomorrow. You are learning about your body's reaction. You may want to do one of two things. Cut out the cream cheese until after induction or try it again in a day or two and see if that does set off "feelings". Good job at working at stopping those feelings. Good training! This is a success!!

                                Welcome TK!!

Bill! I should have thought of that myself! I can totally use the baby to exercise, 'specially if he's crabby! Heck, he's only 15 pounds now, thanks for the idea!! And HEY! I mowed the lawn, weed whacked too!! It took me an hour, and no, not on a riding mower either! Im pretty beat, bf and I fought over who got to mow today, we both wanted the exercise, lol! So I am darn proud! LOL

Bf had a big dilemma at work, he was so irate, he ended up drinking a Sprite. The job is supposed to supply water, but for some reason this crappy company doesn't. He drank all the water he brought, and was sooo thirsty, he had no choice, it is a really intensive job, I think he was welding today, and was dying of thirst. The Sprite was the only thing he could find to drink, he was so bummed!!! Oh well, I told him to keep drinking lots of water to wash the sugar out. How long do you guys think this will knock him off track? Needless to say, the sugar rush was very noticable, and he is "starving" tonight.

I ate well today, got lots of studying done, even took a test. Wednesday is my 14th day... How are you all tonight???
