    Yummy...dinner at Bill's place!

Thanks for the encouragement Bill! Wine bottleing went fine.

Hmm...maybe I will set up new puter on Monday. I have more time then. I don't think I will miss the DVD drive..I watch them...OOHHH...wait a minute. Even though I watch my DVD's on the TV I have a BIL that downloads movies...would I be able to watch his on the new puter?? LOL! Kinda funny when you think of it...all the people buying the slim, big screen TV's and then watching movies on the computer screen...LOL!

Okay...gonna go get some stuff done...will check in later!

good evening all, sorry for posting so late. didn't get a chance to this morning. made it to stacers roll call, but that was about it. can't believe how much better i feel at work, it's amazing. took it a little easy on the exercise today. took a short walk when i got home from work, and did a few exercises for my challenges. i managed to squeak out 10 pushups tonight, maybe next month i'll join that challenge as well as the 2 i joined this month.

hubby was gone for most of the evening after i got off work, so i'm fixing a late dinner. we are having chicken fijitas tonight- chicken strips with green, red, orange bell peppers, onions and mushrooms. we'll sprinkle some shredded cheese on it too. it's cooking on the stove now, just letting the veggies cook down a little now. i made plenty, so i should have some for my lunch tomorrow too.

well, better go finish dinner, good night

Weigh to go Bill! You are doing great! Congrats on the belt notching!!

My energy levels are still flucuating a bit. I seem to get a rush in the afternoon. Am trying to make myself go to bed by 10 so I can get adequate sleep. Hope you figure out where you went wrong on the quiche. They are quite handy to have in the fridge or even the freezer. I put mine in individual servings in the freezer. Take one out the night before and put it in the fridge and pop in mic in the morning. QUICK!

Delia...good for you for staying on plan. Keep up the great work!

good morning...well, i fell off the induction wagon yesterday. perhaps that is why i didn't post...i have decided that this time, i am not going to punish myself. i told you all that i ended a romantic relationship on sunday. well, a good friend of mine came over and we had our "martini-chocolate" discussion about men, life, food, etc. it was needed. i feel better now that i've done at least some grieving. i didn't really "fall off" the wagon...i made a choice to participate in this grieving ritual. anyway, i feel focused and more clear. i am back on the atkins woe and am still very grateful for this group. my goal is to take things one day at a time. and in a week from today, i will be celebrating a week of clean induction! hope everyone is having a good day. it is cold and rainy here in duluth, minnesota...good packing weather, which is what i am doing. packing up my apartment. ok, i will check in later. thanks again for your support!

Good day everyone. Day 6 and so far cheat free. That's gotta be a first for me (well, second, I managed to be cheat free my first time around). It feels great, but I know I'm only ever one bad decision away from toppling my house of cards. It's all good though, I'm full of hope.

Hang in there harmony, it can only get better from here!

Jen..I know you are going through a tough time now. Stay strong. One day you will replace the food rituals with a more healthier alternative...perhaps going to the batting cages and imaging his face or whatever stress you are going through at the moment on the ball and hitting that sucker as hard as you can. Or for a run imagining squashing the issue under your feet every time you set your foot down. Hang in there.

Hey Tomorrow...good for you! Nice work on the milage as well! Keep up the great work!

hey y'all. sorry for the late post again. went to visit my mom after work and then had to go to the grocery store for some things. had to warm me up some dinner tonight after i got home, left over pot roast, and some brussel sprouts,

i didn't make it for my walk at all today, but just finished my challenge exercises. the last 2 days, i've added some weights while doing my squats, for now they are only 1 1/2 lbs for each hand, but it's something. adding a couple extra push ups everyday, and leg lifts too.

anyway, i need to try to get in bed earlier tonight, maybe then i can get up and go for a walk in the morning before work. i haven't been getting in bed early enough most of this week to walk in the morning.

                          goodnight,
                          monie

Hey everyone! I hope it's been a luck Friday the 13th for you all! I know it has for me. I spent most of the day with my mom, which would usually involve losing my resolve and eating totally off plan, but not today. I totally stuck with it!

Thanks for the water reminder Elsie, I haven't been able to drink nearly enough today! Cheers everyone!
