Ugh, I am feeling ICKY today! I just can't snap out of it! I have been following the plan perfectly, I know that this will pass, but holy am I having irritability, tired physically, and just kind of nauseous. Its day 4, when do I get over this part so I can feel good every day??

). It seems so low, but some days I couldn't eat any more if I tried! Once you move on to OWL and add more, 5 grams at a time with the extra veggies, you'll build it up. Trying some veggies with higher carb counts might not hurt, like brussel sprouts or tomatoes.
